In a small village, close to the village of Saint-NOLFF, discover the pleasure of living in a newly renovated house with ecological materials.
The old charm enhanced by the brightness of modern architecture.
On the ground floor living room of 30 m2, fully equipped kitchen. A laundry area with washer and dryer, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.
Upstairs, a mezzanine welcomes you with its library space. It serves two spacious bedrooms with double beds in the comfortable atmosphere of the earth walls and poplar paneling. A toilet is available on upstairs and the bathroom lets you choose between a bath for two or a walk-in shower.
In the garden a large terrace of 30 m2 welcomes you for your meals, aperitifs and relaxation. A barbecue and a parasol are available.

Great base for exploring Gulf region

The cottage is quite and a great place from which to explore the beautiful area around Vannes. Being from Australia we are not used (nor were we aware of) the French expectation guests would thoroughly clean a property on departure. An 80 euro cleaning deposit (cash) was required at checkin and the property inspected before deposit return (not an issue with return of deposit). An 80 euro fee can be paid if you don't want to clean. Make sure you navigate via GPS coordinates as it is hard to find with the address only.

Très jolie maison, située au calme, isolée même, mais toutefois proche de commerces, donc parfait pour le repos et les balades.Le bémol, il manque des rangements pratiques, surtout pour suspendre les affaires . Il n'y a qu'une seule armoire dans la salle à manger...pas de crochets ou de porte savon dans les salles de bain, pas de planche à pain ni de couteau à pain ou grand couteau... peut-être ont-ils disparus...Des bricoles si on peut direNotre séjour a été écourté pour des raisons familiales et la propriétaire a été très arrangeante et a fourni les documents nécessaires très rapidement. Un grand merci.

Une hôtesse charmante dans une maison qui l'est tout autant. Le gîte est très bien équipé, décoré avec soin et très pratique. Accueil impeccable, procédure de départ idem.Un gîte à recommander pour couple, famille, qui convient au beau temps comme à un temps moins clément. Un endroit où l'on se sent bien immédiatement.

Gite accueillant, belle rénovation, terrasse agréable, à l'ombre d'un cerisier. Seul bémol : une remise avec un débarras assez hétéroclite juste en face de la baie vitrée de la mezzanine, qui gâche un peu la vue...mais bon, on s'y fait !

Séjour de 4 nuits sur st nolf. le programme était zoo de branfere (a 30min) piscine et patinoire à 15min. Nous avons choisi le logement pour sa situation centrale. Rien à redire. Nous étions au calme et il ne manquait de rien. Le logement est agréable. Merci à rené.

La Bretagne au calme

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle avec des propriétaires très avenants et discrets. Leurs conseils ont été très précieux pour découvrir la magnifique région du Golfe du Morbihan . Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !!

D'abord, une propriété calme, très bien entretenue et conforme aux photos de l'annonce avec mention spéciale pour le très bel escalier en bois. Le propriétaire absolument charmant, présent pour s'assurer de notre confort mais restant discret, a été de très bon conseil pour nous orienter vers les lieux magiques de la région. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !

TRES BELLE MAISON

BON ACCUEIL du propriétaire. Vraiment jolie maison et mes compliments à celui-ci. Les photos reflètent bien l'endroit. la météo n'a pas été clémente pendant notre séjour. Personnellement (senior) la distance cuisine séjour avec les quelques marches un petit handicap pour moi. Le petit écran télévision (vraiment petit) Un peu plus de linges seraient super. Ce n'est que mon avis. Sinon il ne manque rien.
