This house was perfect for us! Cozy, beautiful, and plenty of room! We needed something safe and close to the fairgrounds and this was definitely what we had in mind!
We stayed here during a horse show. It was so quiet in this neighborhood. We felt safe, slept well and the house was very clean. We will be saving this house for future stays!
Host was very communicative and provided all necessary instructions needed. The house was well maintained and clean. The stairs to get to bedroom upstairs were a little shaky would really be the only complaint but not too bad.
Stayed here with 7 friends and had an incredible time. Home is beautiful and clean. Perfect location close to midtown and bricktown. Highly recommend!!!!
Rental was very close to OKC State Fairground complex. House was very clean and Brandy was awesome. My granddaughter had forgotten her chromebook under sheets in her bed and Brandy called before we left town to let me know.
Host was amazing! Had an issue with an appliance and they got it taken care of the same day. Home is in great area. Easy walk to the Plaza District. 8-10 min drive to downtown. Stocked well with additional items. Would highly recommend.
This property was great for our family during our stay for a horse show. Lots of space and well stocked. About a ten minute drive to the fairgrounds and ten minutes from restaurants. The neighborhood was overall nice but did drive through sketchy areas nearby to get there - we did expect this though. Cute home, no problems during our week long stay.
This was a great house to stay in for our family getaway.
We came to OKC for a long weekend with our two teens. The house had plenty of private space for everyone to decompress and good spaces to gather as well. The location was fabulous- really just a short drive to the places we wanted to visit and close to lots of fun restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well equipped and our host was easy to reach. We would definitely stay again!
This is the second time we have stayed at this house. We love it. It’s very clean, very comfortable and great for horse show people bc it’s close to the show grounds. Also, very pet friendly.
House is pretty cool. Very eclectic and fun. It’s definitely in an area that’s in the midst of gentrification so you’ve got some very nice homes and some rough ones. Just the way the neighborhood is right now. Location was great for our event though. We were at the new OKC convention center all weekend and it was a quick trip there. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs but there was plenty of space for us all.
Only negatives I’d mention is:
1) Beds were all pretty uncomfortable. They’re just old and in need of replacing. The mattress on the pullout in the living room really wouldn’t qualify as a mattress. If it was thicker than a deck of cards I’d be surprised.
2) Bedding was old, didn’t seem very clean and there just wasn’t enough to. We had to make a run to buy some extra blankets as it got pretty chilly at night. Didn’t seem to be any spare blankets in the house.
3) For the most part the house was clean but there’s was quite a bit of dust/lint/hair on the floors in the bedrooms, corners and closets.
Cute neighborhood, close to great restaurants and Pie Junkie. Dennis was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed a extra night. Would stay here again! Close to State Fairgrounds for horse shows.
We enjoyed how easy it was to get around OKC. We typically took an Uber to a restaurant to start our day and then either walked or took the train to the next ‘neighborhood’. Dennis was great all the way through the process. Very nice house!
This house is located in a perfect location in a cute up and coming neighborhood. It was crazy clean and the beds are REALLY REALLY comfortable. Everyone in our group slept really well. The ONLY negative we found was there was only one television. Would have been nice to have one in each room as we had a large group all wanting to watch different things. That was a very minor con. It was all perfect for us!!! Manager of the property was great to work with as well. Easy checkin and out. Didn't have to do much upon leaving either. It was awesome. Would stay again.
First the home looked exactly like the photo. Our family of 7 adults arrived to a beautiful and functional home. Everyone was impressed with how clean and homie it was. The neighborhood was decent a lot of homes were being remodeled. We did speak with a couple neighbor's that were very nice and offered the food items we had not opened. I would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you for making this process so easy.
We stayed at this property the weekend before Christmas '19.
I was told it would be decorated for the holidays and there was NO holiday decor. Also, we made several trips to buy essentials that should've been provided for cooking. There was not a can opener (elec or mechanical), toaster didn't work, no hand mixer for baking. Backyard had some kind of tree close to the house that produced a messy droppling that (because back yard was so unkept) was not visible. Hence, we were all cleaning off our shoes the first day until we realized where we had picked up the mess. All of this was so irritating! DO NOT STAY HERE!
What you see is what you get for this location. What is understated (I believe) is the excellent location. A grocery is 3 minutes away, Plaza district, ditto, an easy drive to downtown and the Stockyards. There was even a gorgeous Catholic Church a short walk away. Would repeat if travels bring us to OKC again.
