This French villa with swimming pool is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an unforgettable stay in a magnificent setting.

Located on the heights of the village of Bauduen, you can enjoy your terrace, the swimming pool and the view of Lake St Croix.

This charming house is equipped with all modern comforts for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds.

There are two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer), a spacious living room with fireplace, swimming pool, covered terrace and a large garden (2000 m2) with ample parking for several cars . We also offer all sheets and towels.

The property is located along a dirt road with no traffic. A few minutes by car you will find the lake of Ste Croix, known for its tranquility and its beautiful emerald-colored water, where you can enjoy swimming, diving, surfing, sailing and canoeing. All equipment (kayak, waterpedalo, surfboards, catamarans, ...) can be rented on site in sports clubs.

The village of Bauduen, whose history dates back to the 16th century, will certainly seduce you ...

Hikers, cyclists and mountaineers in the area can visit the Gorges du Verdon.

Villa Bauduen

This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!

Fabulous villa, really well equipped

We had a fantastic stay at Wim’s villa. The outdoor space is fantastic with hammocks, reclining chairs, full sized table tennis, nice pool etc. the kitchen is well equipped and plenty of table space inside and out. It’s quite a steep drive/walk to the village but once there there are some nice restaurants and nice lake access. Some fantastic runs/walks/cycles around the area.

Beautiful Bauduen

Beautiful villa fully equipped with lovely pool, hammocks & table tennis table. View of bauduen across the lake - where we hired paddle boards/ pedalo with slide etc. The lake is lovely to swim in and you can walk down very steep road to quiet -own little beach. Bauduen has lots of lovely places to eat - but it’s a 5 minute drive away rather than a walk in the heat. Peaceful, stunning and relaxing spot.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Wim’s villa. He’s an extremely responsive host, quickly answering all queries. We love Bauduen - the lake is spectacular and we spent a lot of time in and on the water. And of course canyoning in the gorge - wow! We’re already talking about returning. The only improvement would be to have mosquito screens on the bedroom doors and windows so you could open them for a cooler night. Having said this there are fans in all bedrooms which do help with the heat. Thank you Wim!

Amazing property, set in beautiful surroundings.

This was an amazing property to have had the pleasure of staying in. It is located up in the hills just outside the pretty little town of Bauduen. The property caters well for everyone having everything you could possibly need for your stay. Wim the owner lists his property with great detail and what you see is what you get. The four of us stayed a week in May, weather was amazing for time of year. Perfectly located for visiting the Gorges Du Verdon which is an absolute must, Sillans waterfall, Lac Sainte Croix and hiring boats, Bauden town itself plus a short walk takes you above the property and you get amazing views of the lake, plus much more if you have the time. The property was clean, beds comfortable adequate things to do from table tennis, boules, board games, dvds, lovely swimming pool and a large gas BBQ, what more could you want. Lots of beautiful drive out places all with lovely views. Another plus is you get good sunshine pretty much all day and great sunsets over the lake. If I were to suggest one thing that would be having mesh fitted to windows so they can be open at night and the mosquitos stay out other than we loved it.

Sehr schönes Fleckchen Erde! Sehr ruhig gelegen, großzügig angelegt und sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat an nichts gemangelt, außer vielleicht ein klein wenig höhere Temperaturen, sodass wir den Pool auch hätten nutzen können. Aber da kann niemand etwas für Wim hat sich hervorragend gekümmert und uns auch die Heizung angestellt, als es kühler wurde. Meine Damen waren happy. Happy Wife, happy Life!

Tolles Haus an bester Lage. Schöner Garten mit Pool und genügend Liegestühlen. Die Küche war super ausgerüstet und die Ventilatoren spendeten angenehm kühle Luft in den Schlafzimmern. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Location située dans un endroit trés calme.Possibilite de se reposer autant à l'ombre qu'au soleil.

Prima verblijf

Wij hebben genoten van dit mooie huis en de locatie. Alles is aanwezig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook een ideale ligging voor onze hond: het wandelgebied begint in principe al bij de voordeur en niet te vergeten het mooie wandelpad langs het meer van St. Croix (auto parkeren aan het eind van het dorp).

Erholung pur

Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind toll. Die Ausstattung ist besser als bei vielen anderen Ferienhäusern. Die Kinder haben die Hängematten geliebt (5 Jahre und 19 Jahre - passt also für verschiedene Altersgruppen). Die Umgebung ist ruhig und der See schnell erreichbar. Dort haben wir schöne Spaziergänge gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Wim lief super. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt!

Heerlijke villa met alles erop en eraan.

In het najaar heerlijk tot rust gekomen in de ze mooie villa. De omgeving is prachtig. Er zijn diverse leuke stadjes met markten, restaurants of leuke wandeltochten in de buurt. Wim is goed bereikbaar voor hulp of vragen.

Vacances au calme et reposant

On a passer 10jours dans cette demeure qui est génial, très très bien équipé il y a absolument tout dedans aucune inquiétude a avoir, maison très propre avec drap, oreiller ect ect déjà fournis un service comme a l'hôtel. La piscine est vraiment grande avec les salon de jardin. L'endroit est calme, si vous cherchez un endroit reposant avec une magnifique vue sur le lac allez y les yeux ferme de plus le propriétaire est facilement joignable et a l'écoute, De plus le voisin est la en cas de besoin, j'espère revenir l'année prochaine.

Fantastisch

Een mooie, gezellige woning, rustig gelegen. Prachtig uitzicht. Wij verbleven met 6 volwassenen, mooi zwembad, het water is wel fris. Er is voldoende keukengerei, de Weber BBQ is top. Je hebt wel een auto nodig want het huis ligt op een heuvel waardoor je uitkijkt op Bauduen. Ligt op ongeveer een halfuur van de ingang van de Gorges Du Verdon. Wij hebben een prachtige week gehad en ik raad dit huis sterk aan😍

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir waren Mitte Mai 2023 dort. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und auch für 6 Personen bestens geeignet. Große und sehr gut ausgestattet Küche mit noch diversen Nebenräumen. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich mit 6 Liegen, Hängematten, Tischtennis, Lounge Möbeln und überdachtem Sitzplatz und natürlich dem Pool. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos und er kümmerte sich während unsers ganzen Aufenthalts sehr Aufmerksam um uns. Kommen gerne wieder. Kristine und Oliver

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet, so dass keine Wünsche offen blieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Ein kleines Problem wurde prompt von ihm behoben. Sehr zu empfehlen!
