Welcome to a beautiful furnished new house, with large kitchen, dining table, WiFi, balcony, master bedroom , TV kitchen and dining, freeway access , near strip and airport, free WiFi Walmart and Albertsons shopping center are near, easy access to free way, strip and airport are near by, Smoking Not Allowed in the house, No pets please . We Provide fresh towel . We have a limit of two person overnighting , an extra guest will get charged with a fee of $100 per overnighting .

Was great for staying after we realized the Super Bowl was the weekend we were going to be there for a concert. Minimal as far as condiments and spices, so cooking would not be an option. Enjoyed out stay

The property looks great but the aminites are inadequate. I missed all NBA games during my staying due to lack of cable TV subscription.

thank you for your negative review. please check in your future vacation home ,the property listing . backyard and tv cable and tv in the master bedroom is not listed. check the priority pictures as proof. we did out best to keep happy and give access to the backyard is not listed, tv label is not listed we have WIFI. I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU ALSO TWO RATTING STARS FOR YOUR UNFARE REVIEW.

It was very spacious and met our needs. There wasn't any shampoo or bodywash there so we picked some up at the store. The place could use some blackout curtains or darkening curtains in the bedroom. The morning sun is intense! There are people who live downstairs. I don't know if it is the owner or other renters but there are comings and goings -- garage door ope bj ing and closing, occasional dog barking inside or outside. It would have been good to know this before we booked. The beds could also benefit from mattress pad protectors. Not a necessity but might be nice. The beds were very comfortable. The wifi password listed was incorrect but as soon as I messaged I got a response. Would definitely stay again!

Soccer scare

When I pulled up late at night with my daughters there were two cars in the driveway. I emailed the owner @why are there cars in the driveway” he responded with “why not?” I didn’t want to go in but decided to check it out. Upon entering a dog began barking, the door immediately in front upon entering had a picture “blocking” another door from opening. It was evident that other people were living on the property. Never would have booked this house knowing we were sharing said space. Owner wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain why other cars were in driveway, made us park across the street to carry our luggage. Dog also barked all night both nights

Great Owner, Very Communicative and Attentive

The house was great and only 15 minutes from the Strip. The house seems brand new in a quiet and very clean and nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked with towels, pillows and blankets. I would recommend renting this house if you are visiting Vegas and prefer to be off the busy Strip.
