Great location and community!

Tennis court unusable. Shopping mall torn down. Plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by though. Hot tub doesn't work. Excercise room needs updating and deep cleaning. Wonderful pool area! Condo community grounds were immaculate. Quiet, respectful neighbors during our stay. Owners are very kind and accommodating.

Our first vacation in Phoenix

This small condo was very clean, well furnished and decorated.. The owners were very accommodating. The location in Paradise Valley was quiet even being very near Paradise Mall. We appreciated being pet friendly, but ended up not taking a pet. A king size bed would be a great addition.

Paradise Valley Condo

Had a great time at this property. Great communication with the owners. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and grounds are well kept. We felt very secure with the gated entry as well as the location in general gave a feeling of being safe. The condo is central to anything you might need. We enjoyed the dozens of good restaurants that are only minutes away. I would recommend renting this condo. Thanks, Scott
