Charming small house opposite the beautiful golf course from Le Touquet. At the heart of the forest, south of Le Touquet, nestled in a private residence, a former motel built in the 50s. You will appreciate its quiet environment, close to the resort of Le Touquet (5 mins by car) to the north and dune beaches of Stella-Plage and Merlimont, a little further south. Equipped with every comfort is the ideal place to enjoy a weekend, a week or more of vacation, two, three or four, family or solo. golf lovers, you will have only the road to cross to get you on the greens!

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de ce logement avec un parking gratuit à disposition. L’environnement est très agréable: calme, reposant, avec un petit jardin bien aménagé comprenant transats, table, chaises, parasol et barbecue. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluideMalheureusement, notre séjour a été terni par l’état général du logement. À notre arrivée, le ménage semblait ne pas avoir été effectué correctement : micro-ondes très sale, aspirateur non vidé, toiles d’araignées, réfrigérateur non nettoyé avec des restes alimentaires laissés par les précédents occupants. Le beurre présent dans le réfrigérateur avait fondu car celui-ci était éteint à notre arrivée, et le congélateur contenait de l’eau. Nous avons également trouvé des paquets de pâtes entamés ainsi que des produits périmés dans les placards Le logement est par ailleurs vétuste et présente des problèmes d’entretien. Le volet du salon est impossible à ouvrir. Celui de la chambre ne s’ouvrait que partiellement avant de se bloquer. La porte arrière donnant sur le jardin ne fermait pas correctement, les verrous étant mal alignés, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de la verrouiller avec la cléEnfin, les placards et tiroirs sont presque entièrement occupés par des affaires personnelles, ce qui laisse très peu de place aux voyageurs pour ranger leurs effets personnelsLe tarif nous paraît excessif. C’est regrettable car l’emplacement et le cadre sont de vrais atouts mais la propreté reste pour nous essentielle !

Location dans un logement très fonctionnel et avec beaucoup de soin apporté dans les détails. Un rafraîchissement sévère des huisseries, salle de bain et frigidaire en ferait un logement défiant toute concurence
