Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Must drive or rent bikes/cart for this property. The watercolor amenities were definitely a plus.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the carriage house. Great location. Bath towels could be updated. I don’t think renters should have to clean dishes and throw out all the trash if there is a cleaning service fee. Other than that, the place was nice and as described. It’s perfect for a small family or a couple. We would rent again if available. Thank you

We loved the closeness to camp watercolor, although beach access was quite a trek (as stated in the description). We plan to stay again , with keeping a a golf cart rental in mind :)

This was a very convenient cute place to stay. My boys loved waking up and going fishing across the alley in the pond. The trolley was so easy to take to the beach club, pools, and the Publix. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect gem of a place! Quick bike ride to camp watercolor or the beach. The trolley is also helpful if you have a lot of beach items that would make a bike ride impossible.

Watercolor is our favorite beach community on 30A. The host for her property was so quick on communication and so kind when we needing to adjust our accommodation at the end to longer. First of all this is the best place to carriage house for enjoying all the watercolor amenities if you are a small family. This carriage house feels like a hotel room with a kitchen, it was perfect for us! Very clean, very simple you don’t have to worry about your little one messing up anything because they kept the layout and design simple. There was also a small pond near by and I enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch listening to the frogs early in the morning. Cheers this place was perfect !

Perfect location for our fall break trip. Had everything we needed. We only ate breakfast at the carriage house, so didn’t do big dinners, but the kitchen was equipped for what we needed.

This is our 5th stay at various properties in Santa Rosa Beach / Watercolor. Price was reasonable, property had great location (could walk to Publix), very quiet. Nice touches to make the property inviting. (War Eagle!)

This carriage house was exactly as described and pictured. Perfect stay for my husband and I. Enjoyed the quiet street with nice trees and pond out back. Great location to Publix and Seaside too.

The accommodation is perfect for a small family. This place has incredible amenities (wristbands to camp watercolor & beach club) and is in the perfect location. It’s a good price for the area. We were able to explore and bike through most of 30a in the few days we were there because of the awesome location. Pools and beach are fantastic. I love the watercolor area- it’s absolutely amazing for a family vacation. The host was very responsive. Thanks so much! We will come back soon.
