This beautifully designed and decorated 4B/2.5B solar powered home is just minutes from the very popular Village at Meridian. It's also very close to all of the shopping and dining along Eagle Rd. It's also very close to Redwood park.

The kitchen is fully equipped (save $$ by eating in), the fenced back yard for pets, kids is for your use exclusively!

The bedrooms are set up for maximum rest. Sleep like a rock in the comfy king bed in the first floor master, the queen bed in the second bedroom, the full bed in the third and the two singles in the fourth bedroom. There is a full bathroom in the master and another full bathroom for the other two rooms as well as a half bath off the living room for guests.

This home is located in a super chill neighborhood off of Ustick Rd! So if you are looking for privacy, this is the place for you.

The open floor plan is great for relaxing or entertaining guests. Enjoy cable, Apple TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ included for no extra charge! Oh, and the home is 100% carbon neutral, powered by top of the line solar panels discretely mounted on the roof at the back of the house. You can stay in our home with the peace of mind that you're living green! Please note that the garage is locked and reserved for the owner's personal belongings

Lack of cleanliness

We arrived around 10pm. We were very happy at first. Once we woke up in the morning, we started to see more issues. Here is a list of the issues. Flickering kitchen light, broken bar stools, mold in coffee drip tray signaling it had never been cleaned. The master bedroom air return on the celling was filthy, full of dust. The outside sitting area was full of cobwebs around the lights and all of the windows. We would not stay this home again. We will definitely be looking for another home for our next visit. On a good note the contact person was very responsive, he did offer to repair the barstools before our departure.

Why they chose this property

I bought this home because it was modern, comfortable and spacious. We love having the master bedroom on the ground floor. We also knew our kids would love having their own rooms. They also need a fenced yard and the quiet streets where they can ride their bikes.

What makes this property unique

This home has a large master suite on the ground floor with an on-suite bathroom with large walk-in closet and double vanity. Also the detached garage and fenced back yard are nice bonuses.
