Furnished rentals of a large and beautiful apartment of 175 m2 with 4 bedrooms, on the 4th floor without elevator and with pretty stone staircase.

This apartment also has a terrace of 25 m2. This property consists of:

    - 1st bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and wardrobe
    - a second bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm and dresser
    - a 3rd bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm and dresser
     - 4th bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 cm and a small wardrobe
   -  a first shower room with sink, toilet and towel
    - a second bathroom with shower, two sinks and towel
    - separated toilet

    Upstairs :
    - a beautiful 25 m2 terrace overlooking the Place des Quinconces equipped with umbrella, table and chairs for 8 people
    - a lounge with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV, internet / wifi and two private dining tables for 8 people
    - a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, stove, kettle, toaster and all you need for cooking

Apartment equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made upon arrival.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location and has a wonderful view from the balcony. It was very clean and had a laundry room and all the amenities. It's worth noting it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Great way to stay in shape though!

Our Stay in Bordeaux

Overall this property was very nice - clean, plenty of space and well-located. Furnishings were basic, but comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the roof deck. A couple of things to note: The TV is just local (French) - not a Smart TV to watch other options. The stairs are quite steep at the top - which was fine for us but important to be aware of.

Perfect location

Location is great. Just blocks from Tourist Office where most tours begin. Property was clean and comfortable. The steps were a challenge, but my legs are stronger than ever.

Perfect apartment in Bordeaux!

Really well located with a superb roof terrace overlooking the Place des Quinconces. It's on the 4th floor with no lift so bear this in mind and there are only 2 showers between up to 8 people but it really is an excellent apartment. Very well equipped with only a cafetière and a jug missing for us. Agency staff were really helpful.

Todo muy bien. La casa cómoda y bonita, muy bien situada en el centro de Burdeos. A tener en cuenta que subir los 4 pisos sin ascensor en la escalera antigua requiere bastante esfuerzo. Pero una vez arriba merece la pena las vistas desde la terraza.
