In 1866 he was given the name of Jean Claude Leupold (1774-1840). He was the son of Jean Jacques Leupold, Swiss-born painter trained in Vienna, Austria, and arrived in Bordeaux in 1766. He became painter to the city, a member of the Academy, and art teacher at Guyenne college. Jean Claude Leupold, distinguished professor of hydrography, and higher mathematics physics at the Royal College of Bordeaux, was received at the Academy in 1798.

Seasonal furnished rental apartment in a charming neat 56 m2, 4th floor without elevator in an old building.

This fully renovated, decorated and equipped in April 2016 consists of:

    - A living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, internet / wifi, a large dressing room
    - A separate dining room with table for 4 people
    - A fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and everything you need to cook
    - A bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, chest of drawers
    - A shower room with sink, small storage unit and towel
    - An independent WC
    - A small room with washing non drying machine, iron and ironing board

Apartment equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made upon arrival.

Very central

The property is very central, but can be noisy esp. with windows open as no AC and hot in summer. Up tight 4 stories so leave heavy bags behind! Clean and simply appointed. Just enough space for 4 if you ensure to make up the love seat sofa bed every day. Park at Place Bourse. Take trams or walk as driving around Bordeaux difficult.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione magnifica, a place de la Bourse, è molto carino e attrezzato. Ha un solo limite, manca l'aria condizionata e nei giorni, seppur non frequenti, di grande caldo, non è vivibile.
