This St. George, Utah Vacation Home features 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms across the street from the pool in the Coral Ridge Community.
This beautiful St. George Utah Vacation Home is located about 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and only 32 miles from Zion National Park. This beautiful property is the perfect St. George, Utah Vacation Home. Featuring stylish décor and a private entrance. Enjoy access to two heated community swimming pools and hot tubs, putting green, clubhouse, and a fitness center. There is also a fishing pond located across the street from the community.

This beautiful 2,733 square feet home has a pack and Plays for the little ones. You will enjoy 2 living rooms. One on the main level with the additional living room upstairs with a game room. This home features two master suites one on the main level featuring a king. The second master suite also features two queens. The third bedroom features two Twin over Full Bunk Beds.

Enjoy this fully equipped kitchen with all the luxuries of home. Featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a large dining room table there is plenty of room to entertain family and friends. There is also additional seating on the back patio off the main level living room. The living room features a flat-screen TV. The second upstairs living room has a flat screen, Pin Ball Machine, Foose ball, and game table to enjoy as well as a variety of games.

Guests are also provided golf discounts at Coral Ridge golf course.
Outdoor enthusiasts will also enjoy numerous golf courses, mountain bike trails, hiking, biking and running trails.

Main Level Master Bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV, bathroom suite with walk-in shower, large soaking tub and double sinks, open up to the back patio.

Main Level Living Room: Two Large couches, flat screen TV, Also a door that opens up to the back patio.

Patio: Outdoor seating, table for six and BBQ

2nd Upstairs Family Room: Comfortable Couch, leather chair, large flat screen tv, foosball, pinball, and Game Table. Also opens up to a balcony with
hammock.

Gourmet Kitchen: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, crock pot, griddle, toaster, blender, waffle maker etc.

Second Master Suite located on the 2nd level: Two queen size beds, balcony, flat screen tv, two chairs, a walk-in closet.

Third bedroom: Two Twin over Full Bunk Beds.

Two-car garage: Features two water heaters

Back Patio: BBQ, two lounge chairs, table, and chairs, also enjoy the large grass area

Extra Amenities: Two outdoor heated year-round pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. There is also a fishing pond across the street from the community.

Great house! Fit our family perfectly! Spacious rooms and bathrooms and great game room for the grandkids. They loved that there were fishing polls and scooters provided for them to use too. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Great Vacation get away!

Had a great time at a great property. Location is awesome if you are doing activities between Hurricane and St George. You are right in the middle. There is a nice communality fishing pond that was full of rainbow trout. Don't forget your fishing gear and licnece.
