Hey there! Are you feeling a little bogged down with all the reading? No problem at all! We've got a super cool video that shows off our fantastic two-bedroom unit. And if you're feeling like you're seeing double, don't worry! You can book through our own website or through our property manager's site - it's totally up to you! Either way, you'll be blown away by the amazing views and the awesome travel vibes. Oh, and for all you hard-working folks out there, we've got high-speed internet just in case you need to stay connected while you're away. We hope you'll consider our rental - we promise you won't be disappointed!

Here's the pitch:
Imagine having your own private margarita deck with unobstructed views of the Pacific to the west and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains to the east. Casa 1 Sea is located just 488 steps away (yes, we counted them!) from the beautiful Cerritos Beach, which is one of the few world-class surf breaks on the Pacific that is also swimmable. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking, and trails in the surrounding area, as well as great restaurants.

YES this IS the development shown on House Hunters International and Mexican Life! Our unit was actually on Mexican Life...thank goodness they didn't BUY it from us since it wasn't for sale!


Location:
Located in the Cerritos Sunrise development, just 10 miles south of Todos Santos and 30 miles north of Cabo San Lucas, Casa 1 Sea is available for rent! This property is situated in El Pescadero, an area of Baja that offers the same charm as Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose did twenty years ago. However, it is off the beaten path, and the drive in can be a bit bumpy, but the adventure is worth it! Please note that we are not a hotel, but rather, we cater to independent travelers. Therefore, we do not provide room service or towel service. Additionally, our water is trucked in, so we encourage guests to conserve it as much as possible.

Looking for a place to relax and unwind? Look no further than our happy place, where your biggest decision of the day may be whether to take a walk on the beach, attend a yoga class, go for a swim in the pool, or curl up with a good book under the palapa. Perhaps you'll even pack a lunch or walk to one of the great local restaurants for a refreshing cerveza.

Start your day off right with a cup of coffee and an epic sunrise over the mountains, or watch the dawn patrol catching their first waves. In the evening, you can close out your day by enjoying a barbecue with your fresh catch and a cocktail as you watch the sun dip into the Pacific. And if you're lucky enough to visit between December and April, you may even catch a parade of gray whales migrating along the whale highway.

Our Casa 1 Sea condo was completed in 2018 and offers plenty of space for relaxation. The 1200 square foot main floor features a living room with a sofa bed, desk, and comfy chair, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a six-burner gas stove, island, hot/cold water dispenser, bar, two bathrooms, three charging stations, a guest bedroom with two queen-size beds and a writing desk, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a peekaboo view of the Pacific.

But that's not all - walk upstairs to your own spacious private Margarita deck (over 1200 sq ft!), complete with a huge palapa for shade, an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar, refrigerator, and BBQ, lounge chairs, a rocking chair, and a dining table, as well as a very private outdoor shower. Perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach while watching the ocean.

When you arrive, members of Barefoot Luxury Properties, our onsite manager, will greet you, and supply you with fresh linens and water to begin your stay. If you're looking for more activities, they can arrange many adventures to round out your vacation, from surf lessons and Can-Am side-by-side tours to golf, shopping, gallery viewing, or even a side trip to Cabo or a visit to the turtle sanctuary to experience a release of the newborns. Or, if relaxation is on your agenda, enjoy one of the two resort pools or take a five-minute walk to the beach and soak up some rays. Remember, in Baja, there are no bad days!

Such a great location. The pools are great, the beach is amazing, the condo is very comfortable and the sunsets on the roof are a dream come true! Will definitely book again.

When can we come Back?
We had an amazing stay at Cerritos beach! The condo was fantastic, our favorite was the rooftop to eat meals, enjoy the sunset and the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand! Loved that the condo was equipped with boogie board, beach umbrella and surfboard. A short and easy walk to the beach and pool on-site kept us with plenty to do. We’d love to stay again!

No Bad Days
Thank you Kara and Dan for letting us celebrate our 35th Anniversary at this magical place. Grounds were spectacular, beach was a 5 minute walk and enjoyed the local spot (close by) Shakas! Great food, drinks and company. We will definitely come back to your place. We’ve been going to Mexico for years and this was far the best place
