The completely private property is located at the entrance to a village dating from the 9th century in a wine-growing area. The place invites you to relax and a large swimming pool will allow you to cool off on hot summer days. A large flower garden as well as a stream (the Napoleon canal) runs alongside the grounds and gives it a romantic air. The property has several fruit trees: grapefruit, lemons, oranges, cherries and peaches.

The villa is very bright and composed of open air. On the ground floor, you will find a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room opening onto the terrace and fitted with 2 sofa beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a WC and the laundry room. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a nice view of the mountains and the swimming pool. The terrace seats 8 people comfortably at the table and is equipped with an electric retractable roof. You can also take advantage of the BBQ to cook and share good meals with family and friends.

For the children, you have left a large toy box and bicycles so that they can spend a wonderful holiday having fun. The pool is fenced for their safety.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows and the swimming pool is heated for your comfort.
