On the heights of a peaceful village 10 km west of Cahors.
At the edge of the famous vineyard, near the main tourist sites and the Saint-Jacques paths.

Ideal base for hikes and to discover the region.
Charming independent cottage of 33 m2 near the owners' house.
Recently restored. Charming, functional.

A bedroom with double bed (140 cm bed, new mattress and box spring).
Shower room with new walk-in shower.
Separate WC.

Living room with kitchen area including fridge (with independent freezer compartment), electric stove (with oven), microwave.
Dining area.
Convertible sofa.
Wireless.

Terrace with panoramic view.
Access to the spa.
All shops nearby (supermarket at 1 km, small Sunday market, post office, bar, pharmacy, bakery at 2 km).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la situation du gite permet de rayonner en vélo , location chez " velo clic" , facilement à la decouverte des environs en emprûntant des routes de campagne . très belles vacances à Espère

nous avons passé de très belles vacances, au calme, dans un joli village ; il y a beaucoup de visites, randonnées à effectuer aux alentours. Le gite est très agréable (et le SPA !) et les propriétaires également, ils sont très accueillants et donnent des conseils relatifs aux visites, à la gastronomie et aux vins. Merci !

Très bien ! Propriétaire charmant. Logement est très agréable avec une terrasse libre à tout moment de la journée et un jacuzzi pour se détendre. Très bien accueilli, gîte idéal pour deux personnes. Petit gîte exceptionnel, hyper propre, hyper vue, propriétaires accueillants, sympathiques et très discret. Le spa est un atout majeur au vu de la météo exceptionnelle, il ne manque qu un petit ventilateur, le reste, tout confort et de bon goût, vieilles pierres et vue superbe

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous avons apprécié leur grande discrétion et en même temps leur disponibilité à l'occasion. Le logement est très agréable avec une terrasse en libre accès à tout moment de la journée et un jacuzzi pour se détendre. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la campagne que nous avions de la terrasse. La région et magnifique et nous avons particulièrement aimé les visites de villages médiévaux aux alentours. En bref, nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. Merci à Monsieur Philippe Mellet et à Madame Kerjean.
