We are Jay & Arlene Moss, the owners. We live in Colorado Springs. We love to ski and bike and play in the mountains. In 2004 we had the opportunity to realize our dreams when we purchased a mountain condo. We really loved the location: we're close enough to the slopes that we can head home for lunch. And, if we want to head downtown for dinner or shopping there's no driving or parking to deal with. Jay and I enjoy the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes (they were remodeled in 2018). We are sure you will love Breckenridge as much as we do, it's a great place to build wonderful family memories.

We love being so close to the slopes and nestled in the trees away from traffic and crowds. During the summer you are a stone's throw from hiking and biking, but you can walk right downtown for some shopping or a dinner out. It's the perfect location.
