Great place to unwind and relax. Pool was kept clean for use throughout the day. Awesome sunrise view. Lots of birds to listen to. Staff is very helpful.

Quiet Condo Outside of Town

Condo was clean but could really benefit from some basic maintenance and new linens. Bedroom air conditioner worked well, living room A/C never cooled the room down, even with the window curtains closed all day. The bathroom is smaller than I anticipated, but the condo was comfortable. The beach is unusable due to the sea grass and the ladder on the dock has rusted away so you cannot enter/exit the water at all from this property. Groundkeepers did a wonderful job of keeping the grass cleaned off the beach so the smell wasn't too bad. It is a 25 minute golf cart drive to town and 30 minutes to secret beach. Most likely would not stay here again- it's nice to be away from the hustle, but not if you can't use the beach.

Our local team was made aware of your concerns and found the AC to be working properly. Occasionally, the sliders in the living room can appear completely closed but the curtains hide tiny openings that allow hot air to stream in. Our local team has installed screws in all the units to keep this from happening. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and we look forward to hosting you again soon.

For a one bedroom unit this a wonderful place. It comes with everything a single person or couple need in a rental to have a wonderful vacation. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, cookware and a beautiful sea view from the covered balcony.

Perfect Stay!

This home has been absolutely amazing. Belize in general is the best place and I am so thankful to have spent my time here. It is more of a secluded destination so definitely rent a golf cart, but I loved the area. Close to secret beach which was the best! About a 20 minute golf cart ride. We can’t wait to come back!

Very relaxing and a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of real life.

We had a great time and the location and view were perfect. The condo is about 7 miles North from downtown San Pedro and a scenic 15-20 min ride via golf cart. There are lots of places to stop and have a tropical cocktail along the way. There are several resorts and restaurants within 3-5 minutes of the condo and they welcome guest not staying with them. The condo was clean and the staff was great! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The balcony and views are fantastic. Quiet, and we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool each morning. It’s approximatley 25-30 mins from San Pedro via golf cart, but we actually enjoyed the drive back and forth. Excellent restaurant about a mile down the ride at the Matachica resort. Don’t expect good WiFi service, but didn’t have any problems with cell service.

The property itself was nice and clean. It featured cute decor, washer/dryer and a beautiful ocean front. The fact that it was in no mans land, with no paved roads made it extremely less desirable. Give it 5 years they will probably have a road and a nice place to stay.

Really quiet, peaceful retreat

Most everything was great. The property is in a quiet location perfect for restful vacation. The grounds staff was very pleasant and the suite was lovely. The only complaints that we had were that the concierge staff was not responsive to emails prior to our arrival and our suite was not stocked with several the staple items we were told would be provided. Overall though a very pleasant experience

Nice but far

The condo is beautiful just like advertised and the service is great. Stunning view from a balcony. The only downside is that it's far from restaurants and other attractions and you have to rent a golf cart to get anywhere which is an extra expense. The road is bad, lots of ditches, we called it "goodbye kidneys". Perhaps it will be paved soon and then it won't matter.
