This 950 sq. ft. guest suite in a quiet, upscale neighborhood is less than a mile from Bartlett Hills Golf Club, a mile from the Metra station, a 50 min train ride to downtown Chicago, and a10-minute walk to downtown Bartlett. A private entrance makes check in easy and convenient, while offering privacy during your stay. Secure driveway parking. Full kitchen, accessible bathroom, wi-fi, cable and fireplace are provided. No washer/dryer in the unit but are available upon request. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through September 7th and is for registered guests only. Owners are on site to assist whenever needed.

Nice

This was a really nice place to spend a few days. We came into town to shop at IKEA because we were remodeling our home. It was much better than a hotel. Our only disappointment was the fact that it was in a basement and we had been living in our basement for the past 6 weeks. Jaqueline was a great host and made the place very homey.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean, very well appointed, and was perfect for spending time with friends nearby. The hosts had everything taken care of including keeping the driveway clear of snow during a weekend that included a 6+ inch snowfall and sub-zero temperatures. Thank you Jacqueline!!!!

Best place

This place was sooo beautiful!!! Its alot larger then you'd think by pics. Had everything you would need for your stay.keep in mind it is just a small dorm type fridge if you staying for lengthy time and plan get alot groceries. The bed was sooo comftable we almost missed goin to dinner 1st night at my daughters cause after 10hr drive we laid down and knocked out lol. The back patio and pool was beautiful.host was available for any questions or help you may need and were verry nice. Def plan to go back again.was best place we have stayed at.

Amazing getaway

Check in process was very easy. Host is great at communicating and offering any help needed. Beautiful home. So many amenities at your disposal. We used pool multiple times, grill to cook an anniversary dinner, and gazebo to watch rain one night. Such a great getaway, highly recommend!

Beautiful property

We were in town for a wedding at the golf course club house. Location was less than a mile from the venue on side streets. Hosts were great, place was super clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. Pool area was very nice and peaceful. Highly recommend this stay. Would definitely stay here again.

I live in Bartlett with my husband and two children who are away attending college. We grew up and have always lived in the Chicago area. I am a part time college instructor, and my husband works from home in the accounting services industry. He loves to golf, I love to antique, and never may the two cross! We are very involved in our community, and love being able to show off all it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Our guest suite is perfect for those wanting an entire space to themselves where they can enjoy the benefits of a full kitchen, living area, and office space. It is walking distance to the train, golf course, Bartlett downtown, and parks. The owners upstairs live quietly, and are on hand to assist or answer any questions when needed.

What makes this property unique

Although the guest suite does not have a view of the pool deck and golf course, it can be easily accessed through the back door of the unit and by ascending a spiral staircase. If stairs are an issue, access to the back of the house can be achieved by walking around from the front door as well. Guests have access to the pool until 10 pm, and they can enjoy the view of the golf course from the deck or the screened in gazebo. In colder weather, there is a gas log fireplace that can be easily turned on to create a cozy stay.
