This chalet offers charm, simplicity and comfort. As well as a unique view of the Mont Blanc range and the Fiz range. It is located at the end of a road passable by car and used only by residents.

The village center is a 10-minute walk away. In winter, regular shuttles that take you to the bottom of the slopes in less than 10 minutes - Stop 300 meters at the end of the path that leads to the chalet.

Excellent location

Set on the road up to Combloux ski resort or short hop to Princesse lift up to Megève and Saint Gervais, this chalet is in excellent location. Also short walk to restaurants and patisserie of Combloux town.It is more traditional style, warm and comfortable. Was great for our group of families, service from the people was great, very simple and straightforward. Would come again merci!

Tres bien

Beau chalet tres confortable. Vue absolument magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Le chalet est tres bien pour 10 11 personnes max . Etant 14 adultes, trop juste. Il y a bien le nombre de couchages mais Pas assez de wc ,pieces communes et cuisine trop petite. Heureusement il fausait beau et avions la terrasse qui est agréable.

Séjour en famille à la montagne

Combloux est très facile d'accès, à 15 mn de Salanches desservi par l'autoroute. Le chalet est dans un quartier proche du centre ville et desservi par la navette qui amène aux pistes en 5mn. C'est un quartier de très beaux chalets avec une vue incroyable sur la vallée et les monts environnants. Une vue exceptionnelle sur le Mont Blanc et toute la chaine de montagnes : un spectacle de tous les instants. Le chalet est bien équipé, la literie confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille.

Very cozy house

We had a very nice stay at this House. The communication was very easy and we always felt good. Very easy to get to the ski area by bus (every 15 Minutes). In the House, you get everything you need. Marbella we‘ll come back soon!

Très bien , Chalet à 300 m de la navette pour se rendre aux pistes. Fonctionnel pour 12 personnes, Tout petit bémol il manque un WC (un sani-broyeur serait le bienvenu à l'étage) puis que la ville de Combloux fasse un petit effort pour gratter le chemin qui est verglacé , surtout dans la petite montée, venir gratter la neige le jeudi avant que l'on quitte le chalet n'était vraiment plus nécessaire ..... Peut être que les vacanciers de l’île de France sont plus chouchouter lol. Bref! Vous pouvez le louer vous ne devriez pas être déçus . Belle vue sur le Mont Blanc et accueil très sympathique.J'espère que nous aurons le plaisir d'y revenir.

Cher Monsieur, tout d'abord merci de la tonalité de votre commentaire qui est globalement très positive. En ce qui concerne le deuxième WC, c'est un thème récurrent que nous avons souvent étudié. A ce jour , nous avons exclu la solution du sani broyeur que vous évoquez et ce, pour des raisons de bruit et de fiabilité. C'est pourquoi beaucoup de nos locataires prennent l'option du RDC du chalet, qui leur permet d'avoir en plus d' un salon et d' une chambre parentale, une autre salle de bain et un autre WC. En ce qui concerne le chemin d'accès, je dédouane la mairie de toute responsabilité car ce chemin est privé ! Par contre, je transmets l'information à qui de droit. Nous serions, enfin, ravis de vous réaccueillir dans notre chalet prochainement, si vous avez un projet de retour à Combloux. Cordialement, Jacques MARCHAND

Très beau panorama et belle vue sur le Mont Blanc que l'on peut admirer assis dans son canapé . Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Nous nous y sommes bien plu . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent long WE de Pâques. Le chalet est très pratique et chaleureux. La vue est remarquable. Un second WC et un chemin d'accès plus carrossable seraient un plus !

Cher Monsieur, Dès lors que les travaux qui avaient lieu au début du chemin ont été terminés, la rénovation du chemin menant à notre chalet a été finalisée à la fin de l'été 2018. Chalet familial confortable avec une vue superbe sur le mont Blanc. Un peu loin des pistes mais comme la voiture est obligatoire avec des enfants, ce n'est pas grave. A recommander.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce beau chalet, très fonctionnel et confortable, au calme, avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc. Un bien qui peut tout au bien correspondre à une clientèle familiale qu'à un groupe d'amis. Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles pour nous renseigner sur les possibilités qu'offrent Combloux et ses alentours.
