4 year old, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath brick ranch style home (no steps to climb). Great central location right down the street from everyones favorite hangout, Fratellos Fox River Brewing. Sit in the sunroom and watch the boats go by on the river. State of the art kitchen with all built-in appliances. Huge patio with seating for 10. Master bedroom has king bed and bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds. First floor laundry. Attached 3 car garage.
