JL 1001: Bay View 2 Bedroom, with Spectacular sunsets!

**Please note that from March 15-September 15 2026 Jacobs Landing will be having new roof put on all the builds. This will be a staggered project so not all buildings at the same time. Check with your host for more information. **
This lower level condo features a gorgeous view of Birch Bay and the Canadian Gulf Islands. Perched on the edge of a large grassy area, it's the perfect place to have a family gathering and enjoy the famous sunsets of the Northwest. The unit is very cozy with a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen to include dishwasher, microwave and many other comforts of your home kitchen. New Queen size bed in 2022 along with new laminate flooring in the living areas. There is a washer and dryer for your use which comes in handy for those beach days. Jacobs Landing is centrally located in Birch Bay so you are within walking distance to restaurants, small corner store, C-shop and other Birch Bay businesses. Jacobs Landing also has an indoor pool, after all it is Washington State so you never know about the weather, an indoor hot tub and game room. All for your use while you enjoy your stay at this property. There is complimentary Wi-Fi for your stay as well. You will love this lower level view condo in a great location. Pets allowed with a 100.00 per pet non refundable fee (2 pets max)

Amazing place

Condo 415 was above our expectations. We have stayed in many places and the daily essentials are sparse. Here they have added small items like chairs for the beach, marshmallow sticks, spices, detergent, etc. All of this makes the stay more hassle free and much nicer. Beds and furniture were also clean and comfortable! Great location near the beach!

Property is dated, but lovely

This would be a lovely property for those looking for an easy getaway. The decor was dated, but the beds were comfortable, there were restaurants within walking distance, and Semiahmoo is a short drive away if you are looking to golf or spa. We didn't cook, but the kitchen looked well stocked with pots and pans.

Nice and quiet.

The unit is nice and we enjoyed our time here. The only downside is that the beds need to be replaced, frames, headboards, and mattresses. Two queens would be nice instead of the twins in the back bedroom.
