A really nice place to stay close to downtown

This property is cute and very modern! Theres gated parking to lock up your vehicles(2). The back gate was slightly hard to find but the owner was very nice and helpful with finding it and locating the key. They had everything you need to stay there to cook, clean, just make yourself at home!

Host was excellent -- very responsive to questions and the overall experience was fine (hence the four out of five stars). Space was good, clean and pretty much as advertised. Plus the beds were comfy. Minuses were fairly minor: The location is convenient but not really walkable to anything. The bedrooms were slightly dark. The kitchen is functional and fairly well equipped but the plates, dishes, and cups were all very basic / cheap (the host should consider investing in some better sets of utensils and plates for visitors). Upon arrival, we encountered an overwhelming perfume odor from 4 plug-in Glade air fresheners. Like many people, I really dislike chemical air fresheners (and if you read about them, the chemicals they emit to cover up odors are quite unhealthy for your respiratory system). Thankfully, the host honored our request not to plug them in again ahead of a second visit we had booked for the following weekend.

An oasis in Little Rock

This gem is the best we have stayed at! Lots of space, tons of extras and amenities, beautifully decorated and super clean. Host was attentive and thought of everything. Only a mile from UMAS and easy access to restaurants. Vino’s pizza is the best. We hope this property is available for our next trip to UAMS.

Property is as cute and inviting as shown in the pictures. The back courtyard was a great place to relax and enjoy the waterfall and gorgeous landscape. Inside the property had everything one would need for their stay! Loved it!

Wonderful property in a great location.

I booked this property for my sister's, my mother and I to stay during a visit with our brother. It was a perfect location. No more than 10 minutes from everyplace we visited while in the area. The guest house is beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting in the outdoor area and playing some cards in the afternoons. I will absolutely try to book this location again on our next family visit.

Awesome little guest house close to everything

Great little guest house close to interstate and Capitol and children’s hospital. Myself, wife and kids enjoyed staying here. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but we had no issues at all. Felt very safe on the property. Very comfortable beds. Very nice, updated and modern. Very clean. 10/10 recommend for a Little Rock stay.

Lovely property

Had a nice stay in the heart of Little Rock. Did some cycling on the Arkansas River Trail and walked over to the Capital. The host is very responsive to any needs. We were low on dishwasher soap and it appeared outside our door within an hour. I love the gardens and water feature.

Best lodging yet!!

We are on a multi month tour of the country and have already stayed at a number of VRBOs. This place was absolutely the best of our trip so far! It was beautiful, had plenty of space, was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and it was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Little Rock. Parking was right outside the door. There were two outside sitting areas. It was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

Runcation!

Decided on this property because it was close to the race we signed up for and it allowed pets. It was super cute and the beds were comfortable (I have to throw that in because most aren’t). My friend and I felt safe in the home. Which was important. Wound up being a fun girls trip!

So CUTE!!

This little guest house is adorable. We loved the space! Nice little common living room and kitchen area. Nice outdoor spots to hang out. We loved the gate that closed our car in at night. It made us feel very secure. We did have trouble getting on WiFi, but already booked our next Little Rock trip for August. We will stay here again and get the WiFi situation solved.

A lovely respite

A friend of mine and I used this perfect little gem as a weekend getaway. The guest house is lovely and comfortable. There is some noise from the highway and train nearby, but nothing a noise app on my phone couldn't handle. The perfect location for anyone needing close proximity to downtown, Children's Hospital, or UAMS. Ruth was quick to answer any questions I had and has created a lovely little oasis in the middle of the city!

Clean, comfy & close!

My husband were in town for a convention downtown. The property was only 5 mins away. But super easy also to get onto the interstate to get to any location in LR. Extremely clean! Which is very important to us. The mattresses were huge and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location was very central and made easy access to downtown and great restaurants. The freeway was closed by, making for easy travel. Because of the freeway proximity, it was noisy. Although the house was well built, the freeway noise could be heard inside the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this great rental.

I booked two stays here. Overall quite good and decent value. The only drawbacks are the location is not walkable to anything, and there were an excessive amount of plug-in glade-air fresheners which emit rather unpleasant chemicals to cover up odors. Plates and kitchen utensils were pretty basic (cheap). Host was friendly and responsive. Again, the rental is of good quality overall, clean and well cared for. And the beds were comfortable, too
