Appartement très bien placé et très agréable

Appartement très bien placé et très agréable, mais mérite un bon rafraîchissement pour la cuisine, notamment la cuisinière hors d’âge, et la salle de bain, avec une pomme douche que l’on pourrait accrocher au mur et un éclairage au dessus du miroir. Une partie du matériel est inaccessible dans un placard de la chambre: les fauteuils d’extérieur par exemple. Par ailleurs, les pièces manquent toutes d’éclairage.
