Located in Andlau Village 2nd favorite of the French in 2014, on the Route des Vins d'Alsace. With 3 adult bedrooms and a cot (+ accessories) with a total capacity of 7 people. Panoramic lounge with 100cm HD TV and home theater, full kitchen with LV, LL, kacheloffen at the entrance (Alsatian wood stove), private bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, terrace with garden furniture, relaxation areas and games, BBC gas and private parking. Period furniture and collectibles in the rooms. Located in a natural setting, surrounded by nature and bordered by the Andlau, the house is placed at the exit of the village, on the heights, quiet and yet just 2 minutes from downtown, where you will find all the amenities and shops of which you need, 6 minutes from the highway. Andlau is ideally located between Colmar and Strasbourg, in the heart of the most popular tourist places like Obernai, Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Andlau, Barr, Christmas markets of Colmar and Strasbourg, the Monkey Mountain, castles HT Koenigsbourg or the Upper Andlau, to name a few ... For the more intrepid, the village is straight West is the largest family amusement park in the world (Europa-park), or, a few kilometers, the ski slopes of Champ du Feu, an addict park -branches. The house already has many opportunities for amusement (pp table., Foosball and pinball bar, outdoor games, etc.), you will definitely keep you busy, even in bad weather. We leave it to the entrance of many brochures on nearby places to visit and a complete list of events planned for the dates of your stay, so do not miss anything. If you prefer a quiet stay, just relax by the tranquility of the place, take a nap on the hammock by the river, blushing your grill on the gas griddle ...!

Relaxing stay in a great location

We had a very nice stay in this cottage. We were welcomed by the nice owners with a great bottle of local wine and a bread delicacy. The property is as described, a quiet place, very nicely decorated and also with a great outdoor sitting and playing area. Table tennis and foosball included. To relax it is great to sit along the creek and hear the water flowing. Andlau itself is a nice little town on short driving distance from many great sights. Also some nice hiking opporunities from the property to castle ruins in the mountains. All in all a great place for a break!

Best gite ever!

What an amazing place! So peaceful with a rural feel with the river running just behind the garden wall, yet only a short walk to the pretty village. Andlau has eating places and a wonderful boulangerie. It was such a pleasure to amble down in the morning to buy breakfast croissants! The gite itself is fantastic: excellently equipped, spacious and beautiful with lovely antique furniture, yet comes with all mod cons in the kitchen. On a practical level there are loads of plug points in and around the kitchen which is always a bonus. The whole house as spotless. The beds were comfy and I slept really well there. There are board games for rainy days as well as the pool table, and for sunny days there is table tennis! I can't thank Roger and Nadine enough for letting us stay in their beautiful gite. They are super friendly hosts and ensured our stay was perfect. Thank you Roger and Nadine, Merci Beaucoup, Vielen Danke!

Ruhige und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Weinregion

Sehr schön am Ortsrand gelegenes, abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Unmittelbar am Fluss - bei schönem Wetter kann man im Garten dem Rauschen des Wassers zuhören. Altes aber sehr gut saniertes Gebäude mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Alles sehr sauber. Freundliche und rücksichtsvolle Gastgeber. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Andlau.

Erg mooie locatie, compleet en schoon

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Het huisje is charmant ingericht met goede meubels en ruim voor twee personen, hoewel het tot 5 personen kan huisvesten. We voelden ons zeker niet opgesloten tijdens dagen met minder goed weer. Het huisje is schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken zoals airco op de slaapkamer, een mooie tuin met zitgelegenheden, bordspelen, tafeltennis en zelfs een biljarttafel, eigen parkeerplaats, een moderne tv met ruim (Franstalig) zenderaanbod en meer. We hebben drie keer zelf gekookt met het beschikbare kookgerei en kwamen niets tekort. Het tweepersoons bed was smal maar prima en de badkamer heeft een douche en bad. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen en je kunt er betaalbaar en lekker uit eten. In het huisje liggen in ieder geval allerlei flyers ter inspiratie. Wij hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de buurt, Straatsburg bezocht per trein, Riquewehr bezocht per auto en een rondleiding gehad op een wijndomein in Andlau. Het huisje ligt dus gunstig gelegen voor een mooie vakantie in hartje Elzas.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Ausflug nach Straßburg und Kaysersberg, Fahrradtour duch die tollen Dörfer in der Nachbarschaft, Wanderung zum Schloss...Man kann viel unternehmen. Leider steht die Lademöglichkeit nicht mehr zur Verfügung, aber bei Lidl, ein Dorf weiter, gibt es eine Schnellladesäule. Dan Billardtisch haben wir ausgiebig genutzt.... Viele Grüße ins Elsass und vielen Dank für die Gastgeschenke und die Kulanz!!!

Super Silvestertrip

Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war herzlich und entspannt. Wir waren mit 5 Personen über Silvester zu Besuch und wurden direkt eingeladen zu Neujahr auf ein Glühwein vorbei zu schauen. Das Haus ist kinderfreundlich ausgestattet und es gibt viele Spiele vor Ort. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und es gibt 2 Burgen in der Nähe die man in 30 min Fußmarsch erreicht. Sehr zu empfehlen.
