You can’t stay any closer to the beach than this condo on Vanderbilt Beach. Located between the World-renowned Ritz Carlton and LaPlaya Beach Resorts, enjoy a front row beach accommodation at a fraction of their rates.
Enjoy breathtaking views and the sound of the surf from this sun-drenched 2 bedroom/2 full bath residence that offers western exposure on a very private stretch of Vanderbilt Beach with only 31 units in the building on an oversized lot. The property features secured entry, assigned parking spot, and plenty of guest parking.
Inside you will find a master suite with king size bed, including an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in closet, tub, separate shower, and new dual sink vanity. The guest bedroom features two twin beds. Linens are provided.
Enjoy preparing your meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring all new appliances. Settle into the comfortable lanai to enjoy watching dolphins play as you enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon meal. Watch spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico each evening.
When it’s time for the beach, it’s an easy walk out the back of the building, past the heated pool, and down a short boardwalk to the white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrellas are provided.
Sea Chase is conveniently located in North Naples convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment venues including Mercato and Waterside Shops.

Amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner in showers was not there. Laundry detergent was enough for only one load. There was no cleaning detergent pellets for the dish washer. Toilet paper wasnot enough for the stay. There were only 3 or four 8 oz glasses.

Light and bright condo with breathtaking views of the sea!

The kitchen is light and bright. The views from the living room, master bedroom a bathroom are breathtaking. It was so peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphin go by and the seagulls catch fish. Can’t wait to go back next year.

The perfect place to get away

The property, the owner, the property manager we’re all top notch. We enjoyed every second. Everything you need was all in a 1 mile radius. The condo was perfect. The private beach and sunsets were amazing. Hope to be back again next year!
