Nice One Bedroom & 1 Bath Condominium in town near the Sierra Star Golf Course and the shuttle route to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 4. Ground Floor unit. The Master Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed and there is a separate sleeping alcove between the entrance and the living room with 1 set of Twin Bunk Beds. There is also 1 Queen Sofa Bed in the Living Room. Woodburning Stove in the Living Room. Wifi Internet Access in the unit. 2 TV's. You enter the unit from the ground floor and it is all one level. There are 2 outside parking spaces available. There is a game room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and a video game in the lobby of the Sunshine Village condos. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex and a Tennis Court near the swimming pool at Sunshine Village. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure. TOT LICENSE 807-0105

We enjoyed our stay

It was a great location and we have enjoyed our stay. The condo had most of the things needed. The carpet is a little bit old and it would have been better if hardwood floor. But overall we have a nice time. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Convenient and affordable

It is stuck in the 80s but it was comfortable and clean. Internet and cable was out probably due to record snow. Easy walk to Old Mammoth. Right by free bus stop to Eagle. A great deal!

Dated but comfortable

Unit is decorated in dated style as many others mention but comfortable. We found kitchen well stocked. Thermostat bedroom did not work well but did produce heat. Due to the high amount of snow at mammoth, windows and patio areas were boarded up and made for a very dark condo. Thin ceiling - we could hear voices and walking from above. Unit is very close to a shuttle stop and parking spot right out front. Condo had all we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Snowy getaway!

Cute condo! The only downfall was sadly, too much snow! It towered over the 1st floor condo not allowing up to see anything outside. But at least the boys had fun climbing the “mountain” :)
