Très belle prestation

La location est très bien située à 200m de la petite plage de l'étang salé et du bois qui permet à ceux qui pratiquent la CAP de faire de beaux parcours. L'appartement est très beau avec 2 niveaux bien disposés et surtout un très belle terrasse avec vue mer et un salon très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement

Superbe location

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette location. L'appartement était grand, confortable, calme avec tout l'électroménager nécessaire et avec une superbe vue. Il est idéalement situé sur l'île pour accéder à une grande partie des sites les plus importants. Nous avons pu profiter du beau marché le dimanche matin à l'Etang-Salé les Bains mais pas de la boulangerie fermée car vacances scolaires! Les propriétaires ont été très à l'écoute et une mention très bien à la personne qui s'est occupée du logement à notre arrivée et notre départ. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location qui a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances sur cette île magnifique.

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung

Wir haben über 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen, gepflegten Wohnung verbracht und fanden die Lage ideal für Ausflüge in die Berge und den Süden der Insel. Besonders gefallen hat uns der herrliche Blick aufs Meer und die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sind in 5-10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist umfangreich und ließ keine unserer Wünsche offen.

Superbe séjour à la Réunion en marge du Grand Raid. Accueil très chaleureux d'Annick et Gérard. L'appartement est très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur l'océan et le coucher de soleil... Superbe! Appartement très bien équipé et très confortable. Très proche de la plage. Nous gardons volontiers l'adresse pour si jamais nous avons la chance de revenir à la Réunion...

L'appartement est fonctionnel, moderne, meublé et décoré avec goût.L'un des points forts est la superbe vue sur l'étang et l'océan indien depuis la grande terrasse.L'appartement est idéalement placé pour les départs des randonnées et des différents sites à visiter.Situé à 400m de la plage et du Bassin Pirogue qui est un lieu typique avec ses barques colorées de pêcheurs. Séjour très agréable dont nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable . L 'appartement est idéalement placé avec vue sur l'océan .

Si vous voulez réussir vos vacances à la réunion cet appartement est fait pour vous, la résidence est située dans un environnement calme et paradisiaque . Vous avez la possibilité de profiter de plages magnifiques sur place ( sable noir) ou à proximité plage du trou d'eau ou de l' ermitage (sable blanc) .La voiture est indispensable pour vos déplacements .l'appartement est conforme à la description moderne et fonctionnel .Je recommande vivement cet appartement avec l 'assurance de vacances réussies

Neue moderne Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom sehr großen Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Ozean und kann fantastische Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Zum Strand geht man ca. 5 Minuten. Uns hat die Unterkunft und die Lage sehr gefallen.

Magnifique logement

Très bel appartement très bien équipé, très bien placé, avec une vue superbe. La grande terrasse permet d'avoir une vue sur l'océan et la montagne. L'étang salé permet la baignade, et la position centrale facilite les excursions. Linge fourni et ménage compris en fin de séjour. L'appartement est moderne et possède lave-linge, sèche linge et lave vaisselle. Douche à l'italienne. Nous le recommandons vraiment.

modern comfortable apartment

We stayed for 10 nights and found it a great base for exploring. There was not a lot going on in the local town as I think it was low season, but the bread shop was really good and likewise the fish man which was only about 4 doors away. We had to pay a 500 euro deposit which was not too clear on the web site and when we got there had to sign for 12 knives, 12 large plates etc, however at the end we got our deposit back with no problems. My son loved the colour changing lights every where. The apartment was very well stocked with generally high quality equipment Oh my son also loved the ice cube maker in the freezer, which meant we had lots of ice for cocktails on the terrace. The terrace was fab with a lovely view out to see for sundowners! The weather we had was a bit mixed with some strong winds and some rain, but you were very sheltered on the terrace. The agent was very nice and flexible as we turned up a day late as we went hiking in the mountains when we should have been checking in. Only real problem we had was that there was not enough hot water for us all, but as I expect it was all solar powered and the sun was not always shining it ran out and was not very hot, obviously if you had better weather you would have more hot water and probably want cold showers to cool down. All in all a modern comfortable place to stay and would recommend

Excellentissime !

Ce dupleix a été aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, il est très bien entretenu et propre. Les propriétaires et associés sont chaleureux, disponibles et arrangeants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce très bel endroit où nous nous sommes sentis très bien, nous le recommandons plus que vivement ;-)

Formidable séjour !

Tout d'abord, je tiens à préciser que les photos sont conformes à l'habitation louée. Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, il est vraiment agréable, spacieux, très lumineux et surtout, en ce qui me concerne, il n'y a aucun meuble inutile. L'essentiel est là. La literie des chambres est excellente et même le canapé lit dans le bureau ( pour l'avoir testé) et de très grande qualité. Le point fort de l'appartement reste pour moi, la cuisine et son impressionnante terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la montagne. Elle a été notre lieu à vivre. C'est là qu'on a passé la plupart de notre temps. Il n'y manque rien pour cuisiner et tous les ustensiles ont été choisis avec beaucoup de soin et de goût et tout cela dans un esprit pratique ! Enfin la terrasse représente le ++++ de l'appartement. Nous avons vécu sur cette magnifique terrasse pour y manger, pour discuter, pour s'y reposer ou pour profiter de ce qui se trouvait devant nous. Se lever tôt le matin juste pour regarder le lever et le coucher du soleil a fait partie des plaisirs simples de ces vacances. Pour ce qui est des alentours, l'appartement se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel donc pas de bruit, tout y est calme et tranquille ce qui est très appréciable ! Le seul bruit la journée c'est le bruit des oiseaux ou d'un pseudo perroquet... Les commerces (pour dépanner principalement) sont à proximité ( très bon poissonnier à 3 mn et très bonne boulangerie Côté Pain à 10 mn en marchant tranquillement) et pour l'avoir fait plusieurs fois à pied le bassin pirogue n'est qu'à 15 minutes à pied. En résumé, formidable séjour qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et merci à la personne qui nous a réceptionné avec le sourire et sa bonne humeur
