Cozy 2 bedroom minutes from the beach and Marco Island!

Cozy and clean, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom (end unit) condo next to the pool. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Naples and Marco Island beaches as well as the ferry to Key West. 90 minutes from Miami. Walk to Rookery Bay Estuary, dining and shopping. All one floor with front door parking. 65" 4K Ultra High Def TV, high-speed internet, and USB charging ports throughout home. Screened lanai for bug-free outdoor relaxation. Well equipped kitchen, large closets, and great water pressure. As of November, 2025, there is a vacant lot adjacent to the community from which a crew has started clearing trees. It is believed that another community is going to be built, but timing is uncertain. If you are super sensitive to that type of noise, please be aware there is the potential for construction noise at some point. Feel free to message me if you have concerns or for a current update.

Quite a hidden gem!

Michael was an excellent host, available and swift every time we had any questions. Loved the location, pool, and lanai. The other owners were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again. Hoping to rent next year!

What a Pleasant Surprise, Paradise!

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything a person would need on a vacation. Our hosts were top of the line. This was paradise! The neighbors were the best. Everything was perfect.

We just loved staying at this well appointed condo. The condo was very nice and the beds very comfortable. The complex is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and landscaping. Sunny Naples Get-away

Our hosts were great, easy check in and out, many necessities were provided ( paper towels, laundry detergent, big bottle of EVOO, fruit basket to name a few). The large heated pool is just steps away from the lanai door. The other condo owners were friendly, even inviting us to a pool potluck!

Great location!

I stayed a month and enjoyed my entire stay. I felt right at home. The pool was nice and close. Michael always returned my texts right away. The property was located perfectly between Naples beaches and downtown and Marco Island. It was everything that I imagined. I would definitely stay again.

Very easy to contact owner and address any issues. Very quiet small complex with friendly neighbors. Easy access to stores nearby. Unit could use some updated furnishings, in my opinion.

Naples Townhouse

Great property - easy to check in and everything as listed and seen in the preview pictures. Nice location easily accessible to Naples and Marco Island and beaches. A hidden property on a private street!

Excellent property in every respect!

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient for 2 couples. Loved the heated pool and location (next to house). A little tricky using the TV since no cable service (not able to access ESPN). All the appliances and services you would need for a more extended stay.

Wonderful Experience

Had a wonderful 3 weeks at Mike`s condo, arrived late and checkin was great,no problems. Everything was spotless, beds and pillows so comfortable, keurigs and creamers supplied for us (we also brought our Timmy`s coffee) so Canadian. 15 minute walk to restaurants and walmart right next door for groceries.Had a couple of issues with the pool but as soon as we emailed Mike the condo corp were there fixing it withing 10 minutes. It was a pleasure dealing with Mike and would highly recommend.
