Appartement très bien situé, mais...
Cet appartement de Canet est très bien situé, mais nous l'avions pris pour cela. Appartement très agréable.
Dommage que le canapé, prévu pour le 3e couchage soit dans un tel état !!! Quelle surprise lorsque nous avons dû l'ouvrir :
une paillasse, toute défoncée, pleine de vieilles "saletés", des petites bêtes qui couraient de partout. Je suppose qu'il y a longtemps qu'il n'a pas été ouvert. L'extérieur de ce canapé ne laisse pas prévoir un tel état. Punition lorsqu'il fallait se coucher.

Le Canape est utilisé comme couchage par tous les locataires et il n'y a jamais eu la moindre remarque.
Toutefois vous auriez pu nous en parler sur place afin que nous puissions apporter des améliorations
Comme nous avons su remplacer immédiatement le grille pain neuf qui a soudainement grille lors de votre séjour et la cafetière électrique bizarrement cassée le deuxième jour...
Dans un but de qualité et de meilleur confort un matelas neuf équipe le canapé lit.
En espérant vous recevoir à nouveau au Régent.

Séjour très agréable
Très agréable séjour dans un confortable et coquet appartement climatisé, près de tout, idéal lorsqu'on souhaite éviter la voiture...Nous avons des enfants en bas âge, et avec les manèges à proximité, la plage de sable fin, l'aire de jeux, les marchands de glaces c'était parfait! Aux premières loges pour les concerts sur la place, et aussi pour les restos A recommander.

La situation de l'appartement proche de tous les services est particulièrement adaptée aux familles avec jeunes enfants . C'est le point fort avec le confort et la décoration du logement.
