Amazing brand new ayala avida condo fully furnished that has 1 bedroom and this is not a studio unit hence spacious where you also have aside from master s room, you have mini kitchen, dinning and living area. We furnished the condo everything you need like cooking kitchen wares, TV, washing machine, sofa with a pull out bed and other essential things needed.
This condo is centrally located at downtown where you can just walk to the schools, banks, restaurants, 7-11, people s park, city hall, malls and other hotels as all within reach.
