cottage on the ground floor of a villa located 1km500 from the village, on a plot of 4000m². cottage facing due south with open views where you can see the Massif des Maures. Zone calm and surrounded by beautiful greenery, the cottage allows access to the many shops located in the belly of the village and the activities offered during the summer periods
Close to the coast near the Saint-Tropez golf course, St Raphael Cannes, St Maxime, St Aygulf also located near the Gorges du Verdon.
This cottage (new in 2015) on the ground floor of the villa is accessible by an individual entrance from that of the house, it is also very comfortable 55m², consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom + wc, fitted kitchen , beautiful living room and a large terrace (70m²). air conditioning + wi-fi ..
Swimming pool available (fenced with a small pool 50 cm high ideal for young children) sunny from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful southern sun.

Stay at Flayosc during the Carnicule 2019

We (2 adults) were at the Fayosc appartment in June/July 2019. A splendid place to stay in a nice area. The flat is fully equipped - and we definitely used the air conditioning as we had extreme high temperatures. The pool also was nice and helpful during the heat period. The contact to the landlord was really nice and enjoyable. For us there will be definitely another stay in Flayosc!

Erg gastvrije mensen en zeer mooi appartement. Helaas was de wifi kapot maar 4g is hier ook een drama. Mooi zwembad en terras bij de gite. Veel interessante plaatsen en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving.

Superbe rencontre

C’est la première fois que nous avons loué le logement de Didier et Sylvie. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et disponibles. Le logement (accessible par une entrée indépendante) est lumineux et très confortable ( même en cas de canicule). La terrasse est spacieuse et bien aménagée. L’agencement de la piscine est un réel plus pour les enfants en bas âge. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location 😊

Tout a été parfait

Location parfaitement située prés du beau village de Flayosc et qui permet facilement d'aller vers les plages, les gorges du Verdon ou les beaux villages de l'arrière pays varois. La location en elle même est très bien équipée, très propre, très confortable et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse est très agréable, spacieuse et là aussi très bien aménagée. Compte tenu de la période, nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine. Le gite est indépendant (entrée dédiée) et très calme. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques et très chaleureux. Leur accueil à notre arrivée a été exceptionnel. Nous conseillons vraiment cette location. Merci encore pour ce séjour, Sylvie et Didier.

Var - Belle région

Nous avons passé 2 semaines chez Sylvie et Didier avec nos 2 enfants de 9 et 13 ans. Le gîte est situé sur le flanc d’une colline où vous pouvez profiter de tout le calme dont vous avez besoin. Le chalet est très bien entretenu et équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous avons tous apprécié le refroidissement que la piscine offrait. Les propriétaires vous offrent également beaucoup d'intimité. Le gîte est très central pour découvrir la région. Autour de Flayosc, vous trouverez de nombreux villages et villes pittoresques dans lesquels vous pourrez vous perdre. Les propriétaires hospitaliers donnent de très bons conseils sur les choses absolument à voir. C'est l'un des plus beaux voyages que nous avons jamais fait, cela nous a fait mal au cœur de devoir rentrer chez nous. Merci Sylvie et Didier !

Ein toller Aufenthalt und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben insgesamt 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie liegt etwas abgelegen, aber das war ja vorher bekannt. Ein Auto ist also definitiv erforderlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet; v.a. die Küche. Im Wohnraum gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die wir gelegentlich genutzt haben. Die riesige Terrasse mit großem Esstisch, Liegen und Loungebereich war das Herzstück und wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht. Auch der Pool war super und es gab Platz zum Spielen aber auch zum Relaxen. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter Sylvie und Didier! Sie sind sehr nett und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hatten viele Ausflugstipps für uns. Wir kommen gerne nochmals wieder!

wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und müssen sagen das dies einer der besten Urlaube war und wir haben schon viele gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sogar besser wir die Beschreibung es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aber nie aufdringlich. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden vielleicht nochmal vorbei schauen. vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Nous recommandons cette villa très bien conçue avec sa belle terrasse et son intérieur moderne et tout équipé. Nous avons même pu profité de la piscine début mai. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les conseils de Sylvie et Didier qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de cette belle région. Une très bonne adresse pour tous ceux qui souhaite visiter la côte d'Azur et son superbe arrière pays !

Séjour au top!

Tout est là pour passer de superbes vacances ! Le gîte est confortable, spacieux et lumineux. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir et de se détendre en famille. N'hésitez pas à demander conseil aux propriétaires pour découvrir la région tant au niveau des visites que de la gastronomie (les tomates séchées du chef sont un vrai délice!) A bientôt pour un bon barbecue !

Belle location en tout point conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très discrets. La piscine est très chouette et bien aménagée (transats confortables, douche, avec un coin d'ombre ..). Le gîte est bien aménagé.
