cottage on the ground floor of a villa located 1km500 from the village, on a plot of 4000m². cottage facing due south with open views where you can see the Massif des Maures. Zone calm and surrounded by beautiful greenery, the cottage allows access to the many shops located in the belly of the village and the activities offered during the summer periods
Close to the coast near the Saint-Tropez golf course, St Raphael Cannes, St Maxime, St Aygulf also located near the Gorges du Verdon.
This cottage (new in 2015) on the ground floor of the villa is accessible by an individual entrance from that of the house, it is also very comfortable 55m², consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom + wc, fitted kitchen , beautiful living room and a large terrace (70m²). air conditioning + wi-fi ..
Swimming pool available (fenced with a small pool 50 cm high ideal for young children) sunny from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful southern sun.
