Expansive rooms and high-quality furnishings create comfortable corners for lounging and gathering. This oasis is designed for carefree living. There is a huge amounts of space for every family member s needs. The house boasts 2 separate internal living areas so that everyone can enjoy their own space.
The stylish kitchen is located on the upper level and comes with quality fully integrated appliances. A huge island bench, dining area for more than ten and all you need to cook the perfect meal. On the same level you can appreciate a living room with a tv and Netflix and a gas fireplace, a very large solarium and two bedrooms. The large main bedroom has a king sized bed suite with a double shower and vanities and a large bath for you to relax in and unwind after a fun filled day. The second bedroom is equipped with two double size beds and video games and 45 inches flat tv with satellite and many board games.

On the lower level, guests can head to the "Sports Bar" with pool table, a satellite TV, a huge and comfortable sitting area…not to mention the electric red drum! This level also hold and other bedroom with a large wardrobe, an extra queen bed and a second bathroom with ceramic shower, washer and dryer.

The house comfortably sleeps 10 and we have flexibilities to change accommodation/bedding arrangements to suit our guests.

Located on a quite access road into a safe, family-friendly neighborhood close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Buses are a short walk and the road leads to the main highway to everywhere. 10 minutes drive everywhere into the city.

Great place

Very happy with the house and communication with Nadine. Beds were comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood only about 10 mins from Quebec City

Very confortable large house well located, easy to find and to access. Timely communication with the owner. Nice attention at our arrival where snacks and bubbles were available. Perfect for 10 persons (6 adults and 4 kids) with 5 confortable beds. A lot of games for the young ones and entertainment for the older ones! Everything was available to make our stay perfect for our family. Just bring your food and luggage !!

Very cozy little house! Highly recommend.

We were visiting Quebec city during Christmas to ski as well as spend time downtown. This house was just right for our party of 8. Very well located. It has enough parking for 2 vehicles, one of which is a covered car port, which is great for when it snows. The house is very well equipped and the owner is super organized with precise instructions as well as quick to respond, should you have any questions/requests during your stay. They had the house well set up and even left treats and fresh lemonade in the refridgerator for us! They had information sent to us about local sights/grocery shops upon request! All major stores/theatre/restaurants are easily within driving distance. It was a quick 8-10min easy drive into Old QC. The amazing Mont Ste Anne ski slopes were an easy 40 min ride away. I am glad we decided to stay here versus at the slope side. The ease of visiting Old QC, apres ski was so worth it. Easily felt like a home away from home.

This property has it all! Large house with plenty of room for every members of the party: Family room with games, pool table, large TV and couches as well as a Sport Bar to enjoy a drink or two. There is enough room to set up a dance floor! You will love our outstanding kitchen! It will become the family reunion favorite. Very well equipped to cook it has a large rock island to cook or eat and news appliances. I first felt in love with this house because of its sunroom ! You will enjoy the dining room and its breakfast corner, not to talk about the gaz fireplace, all into the common area. Have you notice the Suite Master bedroom ? Double ceramic Shower, double sink, large bath, king bed and flat Tv...Watch your favorite movie while drinking champagne...floating in the bath! What about the yard?
