About this property

Ninth Floor Grandfather-View Condo at the Top of Sugar

This condo is located on the ninth floor of Citadel Sugar Top with an incredible grand view of Grandfather and other surrounding mountains. The unit is nicely decorated with warm wood accents and complementary furnishing. It can accommodate 4 people and includes a queen bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in the second. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and magnificent views from the deck. On the main level in the lobby you will have full access to a weight room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and indoor pool and communal washers and dryers. Sugar Top has a shuttle system if you’re unable to park in the main lot during the busy seasons. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. Our Sugar Top Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. There is a 3 night minimum stay at this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was quite uncomfortable and had an odor to it. The dryer could not dry our bathing suits from the pool. The decor was very old and linens were very stiff. There was a hiccup getting the key for this unit as it’s not left with the rental company. I was told at first that I would need to call security every time I wanted to leave the unit or just leave my unit door unlocked when I left. Then the manager of the place was called over and he made a new key for our stay. We loved the amenities like the indoor pool and shuttle service to car and shuttle to sugar mountain for skiing.
