Take a break from all the world stress and come enjoy a relaxing getaway.
Edisto is a safe, secure, uncrowded and off the beaten path.

The sandy beach and beautiful Atlantic ocean are only steps away! The view doesn't get much better then this. This home is rated in the top 3 views on Edisto Island.

The main floor is on the 1st level. This floor houses 4 bedrooms (sleeps 12) 3 bath, living room and access to the beach. 2 bedrooms are primary suites that have en-suite bathrooms while the other 2 bedrooms sport bunk beds (4 twin in each room) with 1 shared bathroom as well as a pull out sofa (sleeps 2). The laundry room is located just inside the front door for accessibility. This is also the 1st stop for the elevator.

The 2nd floor sports a beautiful open concept with the over sized kitchen, kitchen island, dining room, living room and balcony that over sees the Atlantic ocean. This also houses a primary suite that has direct access to the balcony. This level has 2 bathrooms, 1 in the en-suite and 1 shared. This is also the 2nd and final floor for the elevator.

The 3rd floor sports a limited kitchenette that provides a mini fridge, sink and storage covered in a counter top perfect for snacks and making drinks. This floor also has a half bath, and a large balcony for all of the views with 2 chairs and 3 loungers.

Outside there is a charcoal BBQ perfect for cooking for the whole family while enjoying the sounds of the beach.

The home is close to the Edisto pavilion/pier, several restaurants, and right around the corner from the island grocery store and local service station. It is also within walking or biking distance of several local shops.

Pets are possible at this location for an additional nonrefundable fee plus tax. Dogs only. Pet fees are per pet with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

Great Beach House

This place is perfect for 2-3 families. You can set up on the beach just 50’ from the house and walk to the grocery store or a couple restaurants. Will definitely look to rent this place again.

BD time

House was nice but not clean, especially the floors. Property owners and guests are getting ripped off a $500 cleaning fee. Would not rent again.

Disappointed in cleanliness

The property was a great spot, beautiful views, and roominess for our group. However, we entered to dirty floors, sliders with finger/handprints and smudges and food in fridge/freezer. We then found several wine and champagne glasses had caked on greasy fingerprints like they were not clean. Lots of dust on fans, walls and under beds. We also had to make our beds which was not mentioned anywhere in description. The house needs a deep clean.

A/C in kitchen and dining room wasn’t working

The A/C wasn’t working on arrival, we called 5 times and they kept saying the parts was ordered for repair. So they knew it wasn’t working when we arrived, should of offered another place to stay, at times the temperature was 88 degrees in the kitchen and dinning room that we couldn’t even cook had to eat out nightly. Also we seen several several roach bugs. The house was beautiful and would of been perfect if it wasn’t for the bugs and the A/C

Beautiful House

We LOVED the house! It was spacious and being right on the beach was an experience we'll always remember. I was concerned, after reading some reviews, that the house wouldn't be clean. It's a beach house - there's no way to keep the sand out! I would sweep my room before bed. No big deal. It wasn't dirty, but it could use a good spring cleaning - ceiling fans need dusted and bathroom fans cleaned. The pillows were too flat for my taste, but that's subjective. Offering different types of pillows for guests would be nice (firm, extra firm, soft, etc.). This is also the first rental I've ever had where we had to put our own sheets on the bed. Not a deal breaker, but still. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishware, silverware and appliances. We grilled and used the crockpot. We had absolutely no issues. We didn't use the elevator. This house was a dream compared to other places we've stayed throughout the years. I would 100% recommend it and would come back in a heartbeat.

A lot of potential

Issues during our stay: 1)The email body and PDF attachment contain different phone numbers and check-in instructions. These need to be updated to match 2)The sheets are not on the bed, you have to do that yourself. After traveling and unloading, no one wants to make a handful of beds 3)There is a picture of a foosball table on the posting, but it’s not in the house. This was a major reason why we chose this house over other comparable ones 4)It rained pretty heavily for part of our stay, and there were multiple leaks that we had to attend to 5)It flooded while we were there, causing sand and a fence to block the elevator door on the ground level. I asked the management company if someone would be coming to address the issue prior to us checking out. I was told that, due to “road blockages and the holiday” the maintenance company wouldn’t be able to clear the debris from in front of the elevator. The roads were reopened on Tuesday, we didn’t check out until Saturday, and the holiday wasn’t until Monday. What if we would’ve had an urgent issue that really did need to be tended to? 6)There was food left behind in the fridge and cabinets, moldy coffee grounds in the coffee machine, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and broken/rusted kitchen accessories 7)The shower curtains have mildew on them, the couches are dingy and need to be cleaned/replaced. The good: The floorplan is fantastic, location is perfect and view is to die for. Some tweaks and this place would be amazing!

The location was as perfect as could be. We had a couple of leaks but there were some powerful lightning & rain storms during our 2 week stay.The home was perfect for our “girls only” trip! We had such a great time at Endless Summer!

Beautiful House and Amazing Location!!

The house itself was amazing. The layout and size was perfect for all of us. The location of the house was perfect. The beach in that area is amazing and being close to the amenities at the beginning of the island was fantastic. The only concern was the cleanliness of the property when we first arrived. It is apparent that the cleaning company takes shortcuts and does not deep clean certain items. For example, all of the air returns and air vents were quite dirty and it looked like the air filter had not been changed in some time. In addition, the lights above the kitchen island had dust hanging off of them. Even though there was some issues with the cleanliness, I would still recommend this house to others!

Perfect Beach Getaway Just Steps from the Ocean Perfect Beach House Steps from the Ocean

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-story beach house! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, making beach access incredibly easy and convenient for the whole family and across the street from the grocery store. The rooftop sun deck offered breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset.The house itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed. We really appreciated the elevator, which made unloading and moving between floors a breeze. There’s a huge open area under the house that was perfect for storing beach gear.Inside, the kids were thrilled with the bunk bed setup, and every room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and cute beach decor. Floor to ceiling sliding doors for great beach view and hearing the waves. Incredible porch on the main living floor to spend time with the family. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the management company added so many thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.We’d definitely return to this property—an ideal spot for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape!

Wonderful week

The house was great - well stocked and plenty of space. The elevator was perfect for people that had issues with stairs. Our group was all adults, so it would have been better if one of the bunk rooms was a queen or king bed instead. Already looking forward to our next visit.

50th Wedding Anniversary

The house was beautiful and the views beyond compare. Everyone had a place to get away when they wanted alone time, and plenty of space to enjoy family time. We all went to sleep listening to the sounds of the ocean, and woke to catch the breaking dawn and the sunrise. The girls packed snacks and headed to the end by the state park. The weather was perfect, and the youngest got in the ocean. It was a peaceful, memorable vacation spent with our dear family.

Great Beachfront Home for Edisto Adventures

Stayed for the long weekend for the Edisto Triathlon recently. 6 adults, very comfortable home layout, plenty of space for everyone. Great location walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery etc. Very comfortable home with great deck, views, and nicely stocked kitchen.

Girls Weekend

Our annual girls weekend was awesome even though Helene showed herself. It was a bit scary that night & we hunkered down on the bottom floor for a couple of hours. All was well the next morning. We called for a small repair & were tended to quickly. I don't even remember what it was now. Power was restored about midday & internet before the game between Georgia & Alabama!!! We have some fierce football fans in our group~~~ We are mostly from the Aiken, SC/Augusta, Ga area & knew we were coming home to no power & lots of mess. Who would ever have thought that we would be safer from a hurricane, ocean front at Edisto Beach than at home in the CSRA(Central Savannah River Area). We had a great time & thank God for safety & prayers & blessings for those who didn't fair as well in western NC.

The sound of the waves

We enjoyed being right on the beach and the direct access. Perhaps the other end of the island has better bike paths, more mellow waves, and easy access to the fish market, but the proximity to the Food Lion was convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and fun week at the beach! Thanks.

Thi house was reconstructed and completed in Early 2019. We have six other houses on the island, and visit many times a year. We have been coming to edisto for many many years as do our children and our childrens children will continue to do.

Why they chose this property

Edisto's proximity to Charleston, the natural beauty of the lowcountry, and the great ocean views make this the perfect place to enjoy a beach getaway with family. Much of Edisto Island is under conservation easements, and will always remain unchanged and as beautiful and unspoiled as it has for generations
