We offer a completely renovated apartment of 60 m2 located 300 m from the lake for 2 to 4 people on the first floor of a lovely townhouse comprises 3 floors.
Close to the casino, the sports complex (swimming pool, ice rink and bowling alley), the beach, the public park with children's games and very close to a stop of the snow shuttle.
You will also be close to the city center with its famous linen shops, such as LINVOSGES, JACQUARD FRANÇAIS,
GARNIER THIEBAUT. THE GREEN LINE.
Great choice in catering, with Vosges specialties.
A bakery that is 2 steps.
In this apartment you will appreciate the spacious kitchen very well equipped with table and chairs, the living room with its new sofa very comfortable and flat screen television. Possibility to use the foldable bed of a person in place of the convertible.
As well as free wifi.
You can also dine in the small dining room.
The single bedroom is equipped with a new bed of 160/200 dimension for your comfort. Bed linen optional 12 euros per bed.
The bathroom with its large vanity unit and bath is equipped with a washing machine. Electric radiator dries new towel.
The toilet is separated.
Storage space for bicycles.
Private parking at the back of the house and small green space.
Final cleaning obligatory 30 euros.
Our friends the animals are no longer allowed.

Unser Aufenthalt in Gerardmer war einfach herrlich!Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl! Sie liegt direkt in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants und nur 2 Minuten vom See entfernt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles professionell und äußerst zuverlässig organisiert. Es gab nichts zu kritisieren, und wir werden bestimmt wieder mal in dieser Wohnung Urlaub machen.Liebe Grüße und "à bientot"!

Au top ♥️ L’appartement est situé vraiment proche de tout, le lac, le centre ville, les commerces, on peut vraiment tout faire à pied, de plus la place de parking est privative et à l’abris des regards et de la circulation. L’hôte est vraiment d’une gentillesse et à l’écoute. Merci encore à vous.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement où rien ne manque. Malou est très accueillante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en espérant trouver un été beau et chaud pour profiter de l'emplacement idéal de l'appartement par rapport au lac. Mais malgré la pluie, les activités ne manquent pas!

Notre séjour a été agréable en raison des bonnes conditions d'hébergement. Une logeuse attentive qui propose un appartement doté de nombreux équipements et une décoration soignée. A mi-chemin entre le lac et le centre ville, le bâtiment offre une place de parking privatif très apprécié à l'arrivée, les jours de grande fréquentation et lors du départ. Une adresse à recommander sans modération.

Appartement bien agencé et très bien équipé. Décoré avec soin et très propre. Idéalement situé, à proximité du lac et à deux pas du centre avec toutes ses commodités.
