Let the rest of your group choose between a king bed with deck access, a queen bed, or a queen with a single bed. All bedrooms offer flat screen TVs, Blu-ray players, and ocean views.

Two covered carports make parking and storing beach gear a breeze. Use the outdoor shower after enjoying the day at the beach. The stainless steel fish cleaning table with a sink is easily accessible for the fishermen in the group.

Whether you’re entertaining under the pergola on the deck, relaxing on the large back deck, decompressing in the hot tub, or lounging in the pool - there is something for everyone.

New for 2024: This year brings an exciting new update! A brand new 33' x 14' private saltwater swimming pool with heat available will be installed featuring 54' x 34' concrete surrounding it. There will now be a seamless flow of outdoor living space for you and your loved ones to enjoy while playing in the pool! There will be a brand new 65" Smart TV in the master bedroom.
New for 2023: Double bedroom converted to a queen.
New for 2022: All TVs replaced with Smart TVs.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
