#301 is an updated top floor corner unit. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with a king bed in the primary bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 twins. The central living area features a dedicated dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded with attractive tile and granite. The living room offers plenty of seating and there is a wraparound balcony outside the living area.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with a guest computer, free laundry facilities, a ski locker room with boot dryers, and a large grill in our courtyard for barbequing. Our property features a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. Whether you are coming for vacation, or business, we are in the perfect location to take advantage of everything Aspen and the surrounding area has to offer.

Perfect for fall colors

This was a fantastic property. We stayed at another place in the downtown area for years prior, but the grounds, pool/hot tub, and 'feel' of the unit really made it feel like it was a home away from home. The beds and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed to cook a nice meal with my guests. The views were great as well! Would love to come back next year again.

Location Perfection!

I would rent this unit again without hesitation! We were super-impressed with the location and the beyond-expectations daily cleaning service. The beds were comfortable and the linens of lovely quality. We had a wonderful stay and experience. If I had to make a single suggestion, I think that the carpets could use a refresh. But this is really a non-issue and had no impact on our terrific trip.

Beautifully decorated and perfect location!

This unit was perfect for my two girlfriends and I. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and we loved how comfortable the mattresses were. We took advantage of the full kitchen and fireplace during our stay as well. It was decorated beautifully and in the perfect location to walk around town or go on a hike starting at the base of the mountain. Would love to come back!

Perfect Location!

Lift One is the perfect location for exploring Aspen and all it has to offer! 5 Stars all around! Beds were comfy and condo was clean! I would recommend a sound machine due to the proximity of the queen bedroom to the parking lot. Also, stagger your showers! There were 5 women staying in unit, and enough water for 3ish hot showers. These minor details should not keep you from renting here - this unit is incredible - just keep them in mind! Thank you for a great stay in Aspen! We will be back!

Aspen condo

This is a fantastic location. Walkable to everything you need. Parking was on property, although we were advised that we might have to park in the street. If that occurred, we could get a pass so as not to receive a ticket from city parking enforcement. The condo was in great shape. We did have a few problems, but sought not to request fixes (Bose stereo did not work, the plug in the MBath, sink side did not work, fridge froze items in the fridge). We were warned about the construction behind the unit, that was not a problem but the bus stop next to our unit was bothersome, especially late at night. Overall this is a great, great location.
