A one-bedroom carriage house apartment in a newly constructed (2018) lowcountry cottage located in the beautiful Stock Farm neighborhood of Historic Old Town Bluffton within walking distance of the many restaurants, galleries, shops and historic buildings this charming town has to offer. Comfortable, cozy and tastefully decorated, "The Bluffton Bird House" features new kitchen appliances, a full-size stacked LG washer and dryer and all the amenities necessary to guarantee a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The main room includes a sleep sofa and armchair, a breakfast counter with two counter stools which can be used as a work desk, a wall-mounted TV, full kitchen and laundry closet. The bedroom has a queen size bed with new Tuft & Needle mattress and box spring, a chest/side table, a chair and closet. The full bath has a single vanity, toilet, tiled shower and tiled floor.

Great location for our cozy getaway. The Bluffton Birdhouse is located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. It was nice to have a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable furniture, including the bed. Our host meet us upon check-in with a welcome to Bluffton 101. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Bird House. Everything was just beautiful and it is in a great location. - a quiet street minutes from town. Bluffton has everthing you could ask for and more. We look forward to visiting again.

Loved staying in this property. Owners are helpful and respectful. It is cute and homey but very clean, with everything you could need for your stay. I was in town for work, but sleeping up in pine trees with the windows open made my trip relaxing. Easy to walk to anything you’d need.

The “bird’s nest” is a cosy and charming place that was a perfect spot after a long day of meetings. The location is ideal with easy access by foot or car to Bluffton’s many fine restaurants, and the suite has everything one needs including a dish of chocolates!

Such a charming place. Beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. Lovely and convenient neighborhood and just a relaxing stroll away from many cute restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay in The Birdhouse. It was small but way better than a hotel room!! It had everything we needed for our stay. Bluffton is a lovely town, we enjoyed walking to the local restaurants which did not disappoint. Our trip on the river resulted in a fabulous encounter with the dolphins. Highly recommend a trip to Blufton! Away from the hub bub of Hilton Head but close enough to enjoy the beaches.
