The Chalet Eudaimonia is located in the Résidence La Crête du Berger at the entrance to the Joue du Loup resort (1470m) in a quiet location, yet only 400 m from the place des boutiques and all amenities (bakery, grocery store, Rotisserie, Bars and Restaurants, Ski lifts, Equipment hire, Tourist Office)
Chalet 6 people including:
1 local ski shed that can accommodate all your equipment.
1 terrace not overlooked southwest exposure. You will enjoy the sunset every evening. Table and garden chairs available.
On the ground floor:
- 1 bedroom, 2 bunk beds with Shower room (washbasin, shower, towel radiator) and separate WC
- 1 dining room with fully equipped American kitchen (Induction hob, LV, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, washer / dryer)
- 1 sitting area with double sofa bed. Large flat screen TV.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with WC
- 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (possibility of making a double bed) with office area, wardrobe and shelves storage and balcony facing south-west.
- 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (possibility of making a double bed) with desk area, wardrobe and shelves. East exposure window to the morning sun.
- 1 bathroom with washbasin, WC, bathtub, towel radiator.
An ironing board and iron are at your disposal.
Board games are available.
The chalet is located near the swimming pool of the residence allowing easy access, open in summer with preheating.
The cleaning service is included in the rental price (please note that the dishes, the fridge and the kitchen must be cleaned by the tenant and the garbage cans emptied before checking out).
Reception, delivery of keys and inventory are provided by Conciergerie-Services, which offers the following services:
- Household linen kits (2 person beds kit, 1 person beds, towels kit). Reservation at the time of rental.
- Maintenance kit (10 dishwashing tablets, 2 sponges, a mini mop, 250 ml of multi-use cleaner, 3 x PQ, 25 paper towels, 10 trash bags). Reservation at the time of rental.
- Provision of the weekly entertainment program given on arrival
- Supply of leaflets of the good addresses of the station given on your arrival
- activity advantages:

Châlet très bien situé, la vue était incroyable! Piscine juste à côté du châlet, c'est super. Le chalet etait bien équipé, les chambres de bonnes tailles, les lits confortables. Le service de conciergerie est bien pratique pour la gestion des arrivée/depart et la location de materiel.

Des vacances actives, dans un cadre très agréable et une station qui offre services et activités... le service de conciergerie, parfait en entrée mais très expéditif en sortie, ce qui explique les découvertes comme la vaisselle rangée non lavée par les locataires précédents. Grosse déconvenue du demi-chalet, dans laquelle on entend les voisins, avec des lits superposés dans l'entrée...

Schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit unglaublich schöner Aussicht. Wir (2Erwachsene/3Kinder) haben das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Concierge war immer sehr gut.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans ce chalet. Les + : - chalet au calme, proche du départ des randonnées - très propre et bien exposé - literie confortable Les - : - l'inconvénient de l'avantage.. le chalet est au calme mais assez loin du départ des pistes (comptez envrion 8 minutes de marche, surtout avec les chaussures de ski) - 2 chambres seulement, les lits superposés sont dans l'entrée, pas agréable pour ceux qui y dorment, avec les odeurs de chaussures - ce n'est pas un chalet mais un 1/2 chalet (j'aurais aimé que ce soit clairement spécifié dans l'annonce) - il est donc partagé avec des voisins, priez pour qu'ils soient calmes - le chalet est bien pour 6 personnes, exigu pour 7 (notamment la table), pas du tout pour 8 - certaines photos sont trompeuses, on a l'impression que c'est vraiment plus grand - il faut laisser le chalet avant 10h, contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans l'annonce. J'ai eu rdv avec la conciergerie à 9h30..et impossible de négocier, conciergerie très désagréable sur ce point ("si vous partez après 10h, vous vous ferez votre ménage, point barre"...) Au global, ce 1/2 chalet est agréable, au calme, et un peu plus intimiste que ceux proches du centre-ville. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour

Mooi en praktisch chalet in prachtige omgeving

Wij hebben genoten van het chalet. Alles wat we nodig hebben was er, zoals wasmachines en vaatwasser. Het zwembad was naast het chalet en de winkels op het resort op loopafstand. Kortom we hebben genoten!

Très agréable chalet

Le chalet est très comfortable, et comporte tous les équipements nécessaires; nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous étions 5 (trois adultes et deux enfants) et nous avons trouvé que le chalet était bien assez grand pour nous (les deux salles de bains sont très appréciées). Je précise que le chalet est très bien chauffé. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique, la terrasse très agréable. Seul bémol : la distance par rapport aux pistes. Avec des enfants, difficile d'aller jusqu'au front de neige à pied tous les matins; nous y allions en voiture sans souci - cependant hors période scolaire, j'imagine que l'accès en voiture est plus compliqué. En dehors de ce point, tout est parfait !

Bel emplacement avec une magnifique vue. Chalet bien équipé. Lits ok sauf superposé pour ados grands

Nous sommes tres content. Le seul ennui est que le chalet est partagé pour accueillir une autre famille. Donc peu insonorisé même si tout s'est bien passé avec nos voisin. Le lit superposé se trouve dans l'entrée du chalet, ceci est donc peu agreable.

Séjour agréable avec une jolie vue

Le gros point fort du chalet est la vue depuis le salon et l'une des chambres de l'étage sur la vallée et la montagne en face. L'exposition est optimale. On peut marcher jusqu'au centre de la station et aux remontées sans soucis, même si c'est une dizaine de minutes de marche pas très agréable à côté des voitures. L'accueil était très bien, disponible et serviable, on nous a accompagné en voiture jusqu'au chalet. Le chalet dans l'ensemble est agréable et décoré. Néanmoins, il faut noter que les 2 lits superposés sont disposés dans l'entrée, ce qui n'est pas très agréable, à côté des chaussures et des manteaux... De plus, les matelas de ces deux lits sont en mousse et assez fins, vraiment pas confortables. Ils conviennent probablement à des enfants, pas vraiment à des adultes. Les autres matelas sont corrects mais un peu creusés pour certains. Eau chaude à volonté, ce qui est appréciable, mais la douche de l'étage manque vraiment de pression. Celle du bas est bien. Cuisine très bien équipée. Dans l'ensemble, nous restons tout de même satisfaits.
