Come relax on beautiful Sanibel Island at Loggerhead Cay 313. This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is sure to add delight to your family vacation with its fun bright colors definitely reminding you to play and leave work behind! We hope that you and your family will make happy memories as you explore the islands many treasures of wildlife and nature. (There are so many shells as tourism is down significantly due to Hurricane Ian, so now is the time to come and find rare shells!) Loggerhead is located at the east end of the island, just minutes after arriving on the island, so you can get your vacation started as soon as possible! We are close to many restaurants along Periwinkle Way and just steps to the beach (about 300 to be exact for all of you step counters!). We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. There is a comfy king Posturepedic cooling gel bed in the master bedroom, 2 comfy twins (my daughters approved!) in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa(upgraded memory foam mattress 2021) in the living room. We have 3 flat screen televisions that are Netflix, Hulu and Amazon ready (with your account numbers), High speed Wi-Fi,(if you must work a little), books, games, puzzles, beach towels, beach wagon, toys, chairs and umbrella for your use (located in the storage closet) and a fully equipped kitchen. Sanibel Holiday, our condo management, provides linens, sundries, laundry detergent and dish soap and is available for any unforeseen issues during your visit. This is a non-smoking complex with an elevator, large heated pool, gas grills. Pickle ball courts tennis courts coming soon! . ***Dog friendly (25lbs or less)***
