Full south, splendid view of the village and the valley, quiet.
The ski slopes are 4 km away, the village 2 km (by road) - shuttles 250 meters
The chalet has a living room with sitting area, kitchen, balcony, bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor you will find 4 bedrooms, a shower room, WC and washbasin. Outside access to a summer terrace (barbecue, garden furniture), garden.
Garage a site parking.
Ski 4 km (possible access by shuttle, stopping 250 meters)
View of the village of Grand Bornand. town center 2 km by road (direct but steep hiking trail in summer).
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge freezer, and the necessary equipment.

Geweldige tijd gehad op de berg in Grand Bornand!

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Werkelijk alles wat we nodig hadden was in het chalet. En het uitzicht was schitterend! We zagen in de verte paragliders landen en vanaf ons balkon konden wij onze kinderen zien in het klimbos. Meer dan genoeg ruimte voor zoveel personen. Heel fijn dat er ook zo'n grote eettafel was. We zaten vaak op het balkon en onze strand handdoeken (we gingen heel vaak zwemmen in het meer van Annecy) konden lekker drogen op het balkonhek. De garage beneden was vrijwel leeg en daar konden heel veel spullen staan. Ook hebben we vaak gegeten op het buitenterras (boven). Graag komen wij weer terug. Wij waren overigens met 8 personen. In één woord: TOP!

Nous avons passés une super semaine en famille. Le chalet est super, très bien situé avec le service de navette gratuite c'était très bien. La neige nous a manqué autour du chalet et dans le village mais à cette période et avec les températures de cet hiver, nous le savions d'avance. Super loc, je recommande.

Le prestataire qui fait le nettoyage pendant la saison a changé en 2022. Pour l'instant cela semble bien.

Très bien, Dommage l’odeur de mazout

La location correspond bien à l annonce. Pratique pour 10, les lits sont bons et la vue depuis le balcon magnifique. Malheureusement une odeur de mazout par moment incommodante. Une ventilation dans le sous sol paraît nécessaire.

Nous vous remercions pour votre retour. Je précise que le problème mentionné n'est ni à l'intérieur de l'appartement, ni permanent. Nous avons déjà fait des travaux mais cela réapparaît dans certaines conditions, la prochaine étape est de changer de mode de chauffage.

Beautiful spacious accommodation

We had a great stay at this chalet, The location was beautiful with a great view on the Aravis range and short walk to the village. The chalet itself was very spacious and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. From the chalet it was possible to make several really beautiful cycling tours in the mountains, and the spacious garage makes this chalet ideal for people who like to cycle in the Alps.
