My friends and I recently had a great stay at this property! Our host, Laura, was very and quickly communicative, answering all my questions and providing all necessary info in a friendly, timely manner. The property itself is very accommodating! Really well appointed/designed with plenty of seating and eating spaces for everyone, fun touches (games, signs, blankets, etc.), comfortable beds, a good supply of linens/paper good/coffe pods (yay!), and a kitchen stocked with all the tools/equipment we needed. We were very comfortable.Though the weather and our schedule limited our time in the backyard, it is truly a highlight of the property. Really well maintained and a wonderful, additional space to enjoy.The location is far enough away from Delray Beach's downtown that it feels quiet, but close enough to be accessible. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and easily went (via car) to everything we needed.I would definitely recommend the property, and I hope to return on my next visit to the area. Thank you!

The Tiki Hit was fantastic and my four adult children and I enjoyed the yard and pool immensely. Quick drive to the beach and restaurants. Quiet peaceful cul de sac neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

My family & I stayed at this superb home. It is tastefully decorated inside and is very welcoming and clean! The outdoor space is great as is the heated pool. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely book again when we return to Florida for our holiday!

Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout! Property was very nice. I would say it is as picture and described but it exceeded my expectations! Prime location in Del Ray while still having privacy of being in a house with a yard. Laura was prompt with her communication. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again when in the area.

The house is lovely, light, bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. The pool is clean and well maintained. The back yard is private and fun for outside grilled meals.The kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed for a great, easy, relaxing stay. Plenty of linens as well.We had a wonderful time. Great vacation home for a family!

Property was perfect for our family. The heated pool was amazingly warm, the AC kept us cool, and the living space was plenty. The house has everything you need for a family with young kids - pool floats, football/basketball, board games, laundry, and plenty of plates and silverware. My sons especially loved the hanging chair under the tiki hut. Host was available immediately through text when we needed her. Thank you for the great stay!
