Summary:

Our unique home is perfect for a wide variety of guests. The two main floor bedrooms have queen beds and blackout curtains. For large groups the loft area is what you're looking for. It has two full beds. One with a twin trundle, and a futon.

The neighborhood is quiet and the home is within just a couple miles from the freeway. A ten minute trip to MSU campus.

*** bunk beds have been altered. we separated them for your convenience, so the loft has two separate full size beds. The kitchen table is more of breakfast nook with a booth like seating on one side and a bench on the other. the theatre room is located at the bottom of the basement stairs and to the left. It operates off a DVD player. we have provided a few movies, but feel free to bring your own. Our space has been tailored specifically to be a top notch Airbnb, for any number of guests. It's got a homey feel, with the touch of hotel service.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.

Great place close to everything you need including MSU!

The house was wonderful, all the amenities you'd need. It was clean and the hosts were responsive to questions. The house has been updated and is modern with electronics and a great layout with lots of room for all. Beautiful second floor with an open layout for kids to enjoy.

Cute house not a great area

The house was adorable and a great size for my family and for my niece and nephew who spent the next with us a couple nights. We enjoyed the green belt the house backed up to. We saw deer every morning and my 8 year old loved it. My only complaint was the neighborhood. Not as nice as I excepted when I booked the house. I didn’t feel comfortable enjoying the deck at night let alone letting my teenagers sit outside. It worked for us this time but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lansing Fall visit

This private house is located just off the main road, however is situated with the backyard facing a greenbelt area. We enjoyed seeing see deer, turkeys and other small animals from the back porch. The home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, downtown and the airport. We also rented a second home just for the weekend from this host to accommodate family members arriving for the weekend for the opening of our family Holistic Wellness business . The design and style of in the two homes were similar with the exception of the condition of the furniture. This home's furniture seems to be older than the second weekend home.

Good enough for sleeping

The property is ok - pretty basic and lacking in some amenities. For the price I paid for two nights, I did expect a little more. We used it as a place to sleep while in town for our son’s wedding. The living room is missing more than half of the furniture that is in the site picture, which was an issue with 10 people staying in house. The cleaning service did a great job getting it ready for us, but There was still a left over “party” smell from the previous renter.

We really enjoyed the deck. It looks out over trees and is shaded most of the day so we were able to enjoy it in the mornings and evenings, and in the evenings a family of three deer came by for a visit, so that was nice too.
