Recent luxury MGM apartment with open mountain views.

The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Savoyard spirit. You will find there all the material necessary to taste the flavors of the mountain (fondue, raclette, stone grill, ...)

It is located at the foot of the RosiĂšre ski lift which gives access to the Saisies and the Diamant area with its 192 km of slopes for all levels. Shops nearby. Free shuttle to Les Saisies.

You will also appreciate our south-facing terrace located on the ground floor. It is equipped with deckchairs and a table with chairs (summer)
 
You also have access to the private swimming pool in July and August as well as in winter during the station's opening period.

In summer, the place is ideal for lovers of mountain rides and for mountain biking (140km of signposted routes).

The accommodation has private covered parking. The chalets have lifts and ski storage rooms.

Household linen is available for hire. Maid service on request.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement est trÚs agréable, confortable et bien équipé. Il dispose d'une vue magnifique et d'un trÚs bon emplacement. L'accueil par le gérant, Antoine, est parfait et les navettes gratuites sont un plus pour se rendre aux Saisies. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Beau cadre mais pas totalement conforme Ă  l'annonce

les + Cadre agrĂ©able, prĂšs d'une Ă©picerie, de restaurants et de l'ESF Piscine trĂšs apprĂ©ciable avec trĂšs belle vue les - Appartement de 54m2 selon l'annonce puis 43.30m2 dans la notice fournie Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. TrĂšs petit, fonctionnel certes, mais trĂšs petit surtout pour le prix. Le Wifi Ă©tait Ă©galement indiquĂ© dans l'annonce et une fois arrivĂ©s, mauvaise surprise, pas de wifi disponible. Ce qui Ă©tait un problĂšme vue la mauvaise rĂ©ception 3G/4G de la station. Nous avons fait le mĂ©nage de font en comble Ă  la fin mais le gĂ©rant n'Ă©tait pas satisfait alors qu'il ne s'est mĂȘme pas dĂ©placĂ© pour faire l'Ă©tat des lieux comme cela Ă©tait convenu

Un cadre fabuleux dans une petite station tres accueillante... l'appartement avec piscine est tres agreable. Rien à redire ... tout y est, sauf le wifi....qui ne fonctionne pas tres bien. Je veux remercier cependant le propriétaire qui, de maniere tres professionnelle, a pu l activer meme si la reception est tres capricieuse....on peut le comprendre , en pleine montagne... merci pour votre aide ... je recommande vraiment cette location. Je serai bien restée une semaine de plus....

Appartement suffisamment spacieux et bien situé

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour dans cet appartement bien Ă©quipĂ©. Le mĂ©nage n’était pas parfait Ă  l’arrivĂ©e mais nous avons pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier de l’appartement tĂŽt. Le gestionnaire sur place, Ă  l’écoute, s’en est excusĂ© et le sĂ©jour s’est bien passĂ©. Il faut marcher un peu pour rejoindre les pistes. L’appartement est suffisamment spacieux avec une belle vue.

ParenthÚse enchantée

Nous sommes ravis du sĂ©jour que nous avons passĂ©s dans ce trĂšs bel appartement. TrĂšs confortable. La cuisine est trĂšs bien organisĂ©e avec tous ce qu’il faut pour se faire de vrais repas. Le lave vaisselle est un vrai plus. Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© : le frigo qui est de bonne taille, les services Ă  fondue et raclette, le large choix de faitouts, poĂȘles, plats, vaisselle... Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de bonne qualitĂ© et rĂ©cente. La salle de bains avec baignoire est fonctionnelle et bien amĂ©nagĂ©e. SĂšche serviette. Beaucoup de rangements dans l’appartement et des porte-manteaux bien pratiques pour le retour du ski. Le tout est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t façon savoyarde. L’isolation phonique et thermique est vraiment de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©. On dort vraiment tranquillement sans avoir l’impression que les voisins sont avec nous... Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© la place rĂ©servĂ©e au parking souterrain. Mr et Mme Di Genova Pour le check-in et check-out sont trĂšs attentionnĂ©s. Notre coup de cƓur est Ă©videmment pour la magnifique vue dont nous avons largement profitĂ©. Un bonheur notre sĂ©jour. Nous recommandons et reviendrons.

trÚs bon accueil, appartement confortable, tranquille. supérette à proximité. Malgré la piscine fermée pendant cette période de covid, pleins de randonnées familiales à faire. La description dans l'annonce correspond parfaitement, et la vue de la terrasse est grandiose !
