The location of the apartment is good. All the kitchen equipments are in good condition. Communication with the host is fine and the response time is reasonable

Rude assistant proprietor. Bathroom floor needs replacing

The assistant proprietor was in general very rude and charmless. When I asked if there was dishwashing powder in the flat she wrote back “Logiquement oui” (this after a series of blunt and ambiguous replies from her). There was no dishwashing powder/washing up liquid on arrival (or any bed sheets). She provided bedsheets and promised she would refund me if I bought dishwashing powder/washing up liquid. Then reneged on her promise because she said I hadn’t put the bags of rubbish out after I’d left. Separately, water gets under the 1970s bathroom floor tiles and festers, which is unhygienic and squelchy to step on. Apart from that, the flat was fine. Just wish it came with an assistant proprietor who’s less unpleasant.

Studio fonctionnel

Facile accès et bien situé, à 5 minutes des pistes et remontées mécaniques. Des magasins juste à 2 minutes. Studio fonctionnel avec un petit balcon pour voir le couché du soleil. Seul bémol: les matelas sont inconfortables donc se reposer la nuit après une journée de ski est très difficile (alors que j’ai un bon sommeil).

Studio très bien équipé au pied des pistes et proche télésiège

Nous sommes venus pour 1 semaine de ski : Appartement très bien situé : à peine 100 mètres à faire en ski pour récupérer le 1er télésiège et retour ski au pied à la porte de l'immeuble. Un parking couvert (charvet) est situé en dessus de l'immeuble desservi par un ascenseur ; pensez à réserver à l'avance. Les commerces se situent aussi juste en dessus. Endroit assez animé le soir (nous sommes tombé sur une semaine très animée avec beaucoup d'étrangers bruyants à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit...) Très bon accueil grâce à Fred qui fait la remise des clefs et état des lieux. Studio parfaitement bien équipé. A réserver sans réfléchir si vous souhaitez être au pied des pistes !! Une parfaite note de 5/5 !!! Merci beaucoup.

Communication facile avec le propriétaire Procédure d'accueil excellente grâce à un contact sur place (Bravo pour son accueil) Appartement très bien équipé, avec les condiments et tout le nécessaire en cuisine (essuie-tout papier alu...), produits d'entretiens. Appartement très bien situé dans la station. Au pied des pistes et des commerces. L'immeuble peut être un peu bruyant lorsque des gens 'discutent' forts la nuit dans les couloirs la nuit (surtout des étrangers, heureusement il n'y en avait pas trop cette année, cause COVID). Parfait, je reviendrai.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour aux Arcs 1800 en location dans cet appartement. Tout était bien propre et le logement est très fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé au pied des pistes et à proximité des commerces de la station. Je recommande !

Super appartement bien placé

Un bel appartement bien équipé (lave vaisselle, machine à café, four, micro-onde etc ...) et très spacieux. Il y a une grande baie vitrée donnant sur un balcon. Une belle vue avec des sapins en face et les montagnes si on tourne la tête. Niveau emplacement on peut pas faire mieux. Il suffit de prendre les escaliers à quelques mètres pour avoir accès à la plupart des magasins (je conseilles "Le comptoir de Mathilde" qui se trouve juste à côté des escaliers et qui fait de super chocolats chaud). En ce qui concerne la communication, tout était parfait ! Le propriétaire répond très rapidement et Fred, qui nous a remis les clés était très très gentille, ça donne envie de revenir !

Semaine d'été sous le soleil
