Completely renovated, the bastide Sainte-Marie and its 4000 m2 garden welcome you, just 10 minutes from the center of Aix. This vast 18th century house (160 m2) has a large living room, a superb dining room with moldings and 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. You will enjoy a beautiful terrace under the hundred-year-old plane trees as well as a large swimming pool offering a panoramic view of the Sainte-Victoire, famous mountain immortalized by the painter Paul Cézanne.

Outside, within the 4000 m2 garden, respecting the Provençal tradition, the country house offers several furnished terraces:

Agréable a pleasant terrace shaded by hundred-year-old plane trees (it offers a view of the city of Aix-en-Provence);
T an arbor decorated with a climbing rose which blooms in spring;
Anciennes an ancient stone terrace, accessible from the living room and perfectly in the shade for midday meals in summer.

The 6 x 12 m swimming pool offers a very pleasant panoramic view of Sainte-Victoire and the city.

The rooms of the country house are equipped with high quality bedding and can accommodate up to 9 people with modular sleeping options:

1 bedroom 1: two twin beds (2 x 90 x 190) forming a king size double bed (180 x 190);
2 bedroom 2: two twin beds (80 x 200) forming a queen size double bed (160 x 200);
3 bedroom 3: a double bed (140 x 190);
4 bedroom 4: a double bed (140 x 190);
5 bedroom 5: a single bed (90 x 190).

The 160 m2 Bastide also includes:

Vaste a large parquet floor living room with several sofas and a period marble fireplace;
Grande a large formal dining room, with period stuccos and period moldings, artistically renovated;
⁃ a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic glass hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, classic coffee machine and capsule coffee machine, kitchen utensils, food processor, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.);
