The enclosed garden of 4000 m2 and the swimming pool of 14m x 6m are exclusively reserved for the tenant's use. The ground floor of the bastide is unoccupied.
The second floor is occupied by tenants who rent year-round, who enter through another entrance and whom you will only encounter a few times on the stairs.

Awesome Villa

We really enjoyed staying in this historic villa, just outside of Aix en Provence. It was nice to be able to experience some history where we were staying and the host was great. I highly recommend.

Amazing stay

We had a excellent time at the Bastide. Communication was great with the owner and Cedric and Katty, who were on site, were helpful, attentive and welcoming. This was a magical stay and I would highly recommended choosing this rental. They went above and beyond, helping us get rides to the TGV station early Sunday morning. Our only challenge this week was using public transit to and from the TGV. Plan your trip accordingly so you know when transit travels to the station especially on Sundays! Thank you so much for this magical experience and stay.

Unbelievably lovely!

I would give this property 100 stars if I could! The photos are completely accurate. A charming yet up to date bastide with beautiful furnishings and landscaping. The private pool is delightful. The host and the caretakers are very responsive and helpful. Although it was hot in July, we were comfortable with a standing fan in each bedroom. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The showers are clean and modern with plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer are new and very helpful when staying for a long period of time. Highly recommended.

Die hinreißen die Fassade aus dem frühen 18. Jahrhundert findet eine Weiterführung durch zwei sehr sehr schöne Zimmer des frühen Rococo, wie man sie sonst nur in Museen sieht. Wir kommen wieder!
