We had a great time, the place was clean and comfortable. It has a great location with multiple restaurants and bars that you can walk to. Plus our view of the beach and sunsets was awesome. The pool and hot tub was an added value that we enjoyed.

Great stay!

The place was beautiful! We enjoyed our trip and loved that it had a full kitchen / washer (though it was hard to open the door to washer dryer). Definitely would go back!

Awesome Stay

They property was awesome and safe! We felt comfortable letting our 15 years olds go to the pool, beach, and walking to the ice cream parlor across the street. The dryer in our unit wasn't drying, but the property manager was nice enough to let us use another dryer in a different unit. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Our getaway plans were great until property manager got involved

Great location, very nice room, I wanted to just say good things about it. This was a 4-day family trip to create good memories and to recharge before starting a new academic year. However, we were treated in a disgusting and rude way by the Property Manager, named Valerie. After our first day, Valerie called me because our service dogs were in the balcony unattended, barking and creating discomfort to others customers at the property. I run back to the room to put the dogs in their crate. This was clearly an accident, as the door that went to the balcony did not close properly and somehow was open when we were not in the room. I asked her to call my fiancee as she had the service dogs. After a couple of hours, she called me and asked us to leave the room immediately because they did not allow pets. I said we didn't have pets as we had service dogs. She got infuriated and threatened me with calling the police if we did not leave the property. We were having a wonderful time in this great property, but this person, Valerie, was trying to sabotage this. Clearly she does not qualify for a job like this, as she doesn't understand that everyone deserves respect. If I were the owner, i would hire someone else for the job, someone that knows customer service, someone that knows how to deal with issues like this. Tact is key. I called VRBO and we were advised to stay. I was told to call VRBO immediately and ask for the legal team in the case the property manager, Valerie, called the police. I am thankful for VRBO and their assistance. This is a great place, but unfortunately our getaway was ruined by Valerie.

Thank you for your review. We are not a pet friendly hotel although we are required to allow service animals as defined by the ADA. Your 2 small dogs were left unattended on the balcony barking hysterically. We received several complaints from the neighboring units and the guests at the pool for they were concerned the dogs would fall thru the railings on the balcony. We were able to contact your fiancée who was at the beach while the pets were left alone on the balcony. True service animals are required for a disability and typically never leave the handler's side and are well behaved at all times. It was clear to us that your dogs were not service animals. We gave you the option to remove the pets from the property or vacate the unit entirely by 10AM the following day to allow you time to find a pet friendly place. Your refusal to leave the condo is why we were in need of contacting the police to assist us. The manager at the hotel did follow our hotel pet policy procedures and went above and beyond by not contacting the police to have you evicted. We hope in the future you will follow the rules for any property you stay in. We have marked your folio as a do not return for the hostility that you exposed to our staff during your stay.

Home by the beach.

This was a beautiful clean property that was close to the beach. The check-in process was wonderful and the front desk very helpful. We loved having two bathrooms and the pool was tremendous. It was very hard to leave

Beachfront not

Most pictures show the beach as if it was right outside your door. It is actually several hundred yards away and the sand is not just sand. The primary component is ground up seashells and very uncomfortable trying to walk on. Some type of footwear is suggested.
