Country getaway, perfect for the Notre Dame Fan.

Beautiful, recently built, country get away within walking distance of the Notre Dame stadium. Enjoy the atmosphere of the House that Rockny Built and then sit back and enjoy the ranch life. Great guest house has everything a person could need. One bedroom with a king size bed, with a living room that could accommodate another (we can provide one or two aerobeds).
Walk 5 minutes to White Field to shuttle to the stadium or walk the full 1.7 miles (35 min.)
A bath with heated floors.
Covered parking available upon request.
Firepit available in the field overlooking the pond.
Main residence is on the same property along with various farm animals and outbuildings.

My wife and I had a great time. The property was excellent and close to the Notre Dame campus and other attractions in the area.The property provided the convenience to the Notre Dame campus while providing us with a peaceful rural farm setting.I strongly recommend this property if you are traveling to the area. The property owners were excellent as well.

Wonderful property!

This I was the best spot we have found for a football weekend! The property is peaceful, but close enough to walk to the stadium. It had everything we could need and was so charming and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Already booked our next stay!

Perfection

Being in the south bend area for work, I needed to find a home nearby. When I first saw this listing I jumped to book it. The owners are wonderful people and they made the check in process seamless. Everything about this home is heaven. The farm is gorgeous and quiet and private yet it’s close to everything. The best of both worlds. It is exactly as charming as the photos, it is new and the tall ceilings give you a feeling of more space. The king sized bed is so comfortable which is rare. If you are considering this property I can’t say enough good things about it! It’s the only place I have found that is perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Quiet and still close to the Stadium!

We loved our stay so much. We did a lot of sight seeing and it was about a 30 minute walk from Notre Dame stadium. We walked to save the hassle of the traffic and it was worth it! Such a beautiful area and the property was very spacious. David and his family are awesome and even brought us fresh eggs. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Perfect Stay

My daughter and I were in town for the Notre Game and our stay on this property was perfect. David and Kim were readily available by text and were completely accommodating. The property itself is clean and beautiful and has a peaceful country-feel to it, despite being only a couple of minutes from campus. Definitely a VRBO favorite.

Great little getaway

The pics resemble the little guesthouse as it is... cute, adorable and very comfy and inviting. Plenty of room for 4. Being in the service industry and traveling oftentimes, we would have loved to have a few hangers in the closet, a toaster, a hair drier, some firewood for the fireplace because it was chilly and rainy, and a manual how to operate TV and heat/air. We did not know where to put the garbage, otherwise we would have dropped it off. We would stay there again for sure.
