My Feedback

Overall, this was a decent property, general feedback for the Property Owner and future renters: 1. Location was awesome, very close to Old Town. 2. Property was clean 3. Kitchen and main Living area are nice 4. Bathrooms need some TLC, main level bath door and wall has some rot occurring leaving a not so aesthetic view, master bath tile has significant grout missing. 5. Patio furniture is the worst, the Property Owner could easily upgrade the Patio furniture with minimal cost making it much more comfortable for use. 6. Kitchen Table and Bar chairs are very uncomfortable, these should be replaced and upgraded. 7. Exterior of the buildings have zero curb appeal, older building built in 1973. Elvis the host was great to work with, always very responsive to any questions.

A place with lots of room.

We came down to golf and be close to old town Scottsdale. We wanted a pool and possibly a hot tub to help with soreness of golfing. The pool was great and the restaurants were close not walking distance but no more then a $10 Uber ride. The beds were comfortable but the AC was a little warm. It was locked and we asked to reduce the temperature but they indicated that it could freeze up if lowered more. Parking was about 50 meters from our condo and hauling golf clubs each day was a chore. The area felt safe and there were many people out walking their dogs. In saying that we did have barking dogs near by which took away from the relaxation. The freeway was close by which helped with getting around but you did hear it at night especially when we had to open the windows to help with the temperature. This was a very good location and easy to get around. I would recommend it.

Great condo!

This is a great, roomy condo with comfy beds, clean linens, towels, dishes, etc. The thought that went in to making guests feel at home were very nice! Example: coffee and filters, soap, shampoo in the showers, and reserved parking were so much appreciated! The location to old Town, the 101, and all the things we wanted to do was fantastic! The owner was wonderful about communicating and was very kind! Thank you! We would stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Guests can access all the amenities the complex has to offer including the relaxing large salt-water diving pool,spa, BBQ grill area, picnic area, and two dog parks. Home has 2 covered parking spots and additional guest parking in the complex.

This is a prime location that is 5 minute drive to the Entertainment District, Giants Spring Training, Fashion Square mall and endless nightlife and restaurant options. This area is considered "Old Town Scottsdale. This is an ideal location in Scottsdale. 85251 zip code. (Ask your friends)
