32 m 2 apartment for 4 people located on the heights of Chantemerle (residence Les Mélèzes) on the 6th and last floor with elevator. Quiet and well maintained residence with caretaker.

Balcony facing south-west, very nice view on the mountain and on the track Luc Alphand.

- Numerous hikes in the summer (Ecrins massif), mountaineering, whitewater rafting, green swimming pool, Monetier baths, cycling.
- Free shuttle in winter at the foot of the residence to access the ski lifts.

- 350 m from the village, 10 min walk with small shops and 5 km from Briançon with large areas.

It consists :

- Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people

- flat screen TV

- A small bedroom separated by a sliding door that includes a trundle bed (1 or 2 persons), door directly to the balcony.

Communication avec la propriétaire très fluide, l’arrivée dans les lieux s’est très bien passée.L’appartement est super, très propre et fonctionnel et il a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes en supplément.Les pistes sont accessibles à pied c’est très agréable.Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ds ce très joli appartement très confortable. Rien ne manque et la vue est très belle.La region est magnifique il y a beaucoup de superbes randonnées à faire toutes proches.Echange téléphonique très chaleureux avec la propriétaire,on sent que le bien être de ses locataires lui tient à cœur. A la fois proche du centre ville et de la staion de ski remontée mécanique et au calme avec une carte postale tous les matins en.ouvrant les volets. A pieds ou en.bus à la sorti de la residence . Une diversité de promenade pour ceux qui ne fonds pas de ski. Le logement est claire confortable . L acceuil sur place est tres agreable apres plusieurs de route. Le prix est raisonnable.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis bien. Très belle vue qui nous a permis de profiter du feu d artifice. Bon accueil et bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Le plus : pouvoir laisser les skis au pied du télécabine que l on rejoint en 5 ou 10 min à pied.

Satisfait et très bien situé

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Chantemerle avec nos deux enfants adolescents. La situation centrale de l'appartement a permis à chacun d'être indépendant et d'avoir très peu recours à la voiture. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre et correspond tout à fait à la description qui en est faite. La vue sur les montagne y est magnifique. L'environnement est calme, bien entretenu et fleuri. Mme Folly se préoccupe du bon séjour de ses locataires, est très conciliante et d'un contact téléphonique agréable. Mme et M. Souchet, les voisins qui s'occupent de la remise des clefs, sont extrêmement chaleureux, sympathiques, serviables et souriants. A recommander.

L'appartement permet d'avoir une vue panoramique sur la montage et les pistes de skis. Celui-ci est bien agencé" pour recevoir 4 personnes et ses équipements sont particulièrement complets. La propriétaire n'hésite pas à téléphoner en cours de séjour afin de s'assurer du bien être des locataires.

Nous faisons en sorte de s'assurer que tout se passe bien pour les locataires en prenant contact avec eux durant le séjour et si il n'y a pas eu de problème au sein de l'appartement. Le bien être des locataires est important.
